Ordered the blush faux rabbit throw, colour was nothing like their photo, mine was a brighter pink. It was soft and was sewn well but as I only paid half price I can live with it. The product comes from China so what this company advertised is not what you will receive. I wouldnt order from them again.

My experience with Dreamsleep Australia has been incredibly frustrating from start to finish. The product I received did not match the quality or appearance shown in the advertising. It was misleading and nowhere near what I expected based on the images online. When I raised my concerns, instead of taking responsibility, I was offered a partial… Read more

refund (initially 30%, then 40%) as a “gesture of goodwill” — despite the product not being as described.

To make matters worse, I was told I would need to pay return shipping myself, even though the issue was with the product not meeting expectations. Communication felt scripted and dismissive, and there was no clear phone number or easily accessible contact details, which made the process even more stressful.

As a customer in Australia, I expected compliance with Australian Consumer Law and a fair resolution. Instead, I felt pressured to accept a partial refund for something I was unhappy with from the outset.

I would not recommend purchasing from this company. The lack of accountability, transparency, and proper customer support made this a very disappointing experience.

Scammed again. Very misleading business practices. This company deceptively presents itself as Australian, but only after placing an order does it become clear the product is shipping from China. The pricing is deliberately misleading advertised as $199 reduced to $99. No reputable Australian retailer (certainly not David Jones) would ever price a… Read more

product like this at $199. Identical items are widely available on sites like Temu for around $10. When I tried to stop the order from shipping, I was told I’d need to pay $20 just to email China to cancel it. If you receive the item and want to return it even when it’s clearly not as advertised you are required to pay return shipping yourself, with no guarantee of getting your money back. The product received is nothing like the photos flimsy, poor quality, and only about 1cm thick. Companies using deceptive advertising and hidden overseas shipping should not be allowed to operate. Extremely disappointing and misleading experience.

I love the way they work. A huge problem is they get dirty and need to be washed. Then you realise that the electronics have been sewn in and cannot get out without cutting the fabric.

This product is extremely poor. It does not work. The tabs do not stick to the skin, nor do the nasal strips assist with any form of breathing. This is a rubbish product that is difficult to get a refund for.

ABSOLUTE SCAM. Dreamsleep Australia advertises “luxury goose down” pillows but delivers cheap, flat polyester junk, folded and stuffed tightly into a mailing bag. I paid $179 for garbage you could get at Kmart for under $20. When I requested a refund under Australian Consumer Law, Dreamsleep refused to provide a valid return address or cover… Read more

return shipping (which they are legally required to do for misdescribed goods) Their replies were evasive, circular, and dishonest - They are blatantly breaking the law and will hopefully be shutdown soon enough.

This company is not to be trusted. Avoid them at all costs.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

UPDATE: After reporting the transaction with my bank, and supplying all evidence of the miss-represented product, vs what was supplied, along with correspondence confirming Dreamsleep refusal to meet their legal obligations, my bank issued a charge back and I disposed of the pillows. More junk in landfill - This company has no ethics.

Not an Australian Company - This company states it was founded in Australia by two Australians, it is a Chinese Company, products from China, emails from China. They have a PO Box in NSW however if you purchase one of there cheaply made products you have to return it to China. We purchased two Luxury Sherpa Doona’s, what arrived was nothing like… Read more

the ones advertised, they were thin, cheap and one had a dirty mark on it. We also found the exact same item, exact same advertisement picture on TEMU for a third of the price. The website states SALE Today Only 50% off, however this is on every day. They have the exact same pop ups stating someone from Australia has purchased one of their items and it just runs on repeat day after day. We will report this Company to the ACCC. We lodged a PayPal dispute and for reasons we don’t even understand this went in favour of this dodgy Company. Anything you see on their website go to TEMU first then read reviews but not from their website.

Item purchased "puffy slides" not what I recieved. What I recieved was cheap and nasty. Super fast delivery was over a month. Contacted and offered 15% ($9) refund to save me paying return postage and the environment apparently. I have no doubt if I returned for full refund I would have paid postage and have been denied anyway. Scam. Advertisement v reality in photos

Item arrived damaged, was of low quality and when I provided feedback, they told me that it could be bent back into shape and they would give me a 10% discount. their side.

I agree with this sentiment by other people in this site that it’s not a reputable company to be purchasing from and the quality is low, the shipping takes a very long time and you wonder if the items are going to turn up and in my case the item was badly packaged and damage in transit. You don’t really have a leg to stand on. They sound legit on their website. Their reviews are great but to be honest with you it’s all made up.

I did bend the light back into shape and it does work but I wouldn’t say it was worth $80 Australian. More like $10. The packaging for shipping was terrible.

My very least expectation would be that they would package the item in such a way that it couldn’t be damaged in transit, and that the item worked. Even though it was bent slightly, I still don’t think it’s an acceptable outcome that I should have to just bend it back into shape. Never really looks 100%.

I posted a negative review on their website and it never made it to the website. Their website only shows five star reviews. Obviously they filter these reviews.

Item described as luxury fluffy rug, it is only very thin faux fur material with thin backing material. Disgraceful misrepresentation to lure people to purchase. Then just keep sending emails asking same questions. No effort to resolve or refund products. Do not buy from this company, cheap & nasty products but paid for quality item.see the photos attached

Difficult to turn on - eg how long is a "Long Press?. No Invoice, no Instructions in English, only came in Chinese. I had to use a Chinese translation App to try to work out instructions but the translation in pic is only partially right. Not user friendly. I agree it is comfortable to lie on, the massager part seems to work quite well but… Read more

I've only been able to turn it on once so far... lots of failed attempts to turn it on unfortunately.

Also pretending to be an Australian company is a big turn off for me - unprofessional.

Scammers selling cheap imitations at premium prices with a very convincing website. If you're familiar with their products, you can identify them as copies of other brands. For example, the pictured earplugs on their website are Loop earplugs. Story time. I ordered magnetic nasal clips in early December. I ordered three packs of 30, and when… Read more

they arrived, I found they had shipped three packets of 15 clips - half of what I payed for, and they contained no branding, the packaging and instructions were full of typos and grammatical errors. The product is poor quality and overpriced for what it is.

Delivery was took two months, as they claimed there were failed deliveries and asked me to verify my address multiple times. I can verify these attempts were false because people were home at the times they said attempted deliveries were made. Besides this, I never specified the product needed to be signed for. After an angry email, they sent me half what I ordered through Australia Post and it arrived within five days.
