surprisingly comfortable to wear in bed, even for long periods, and don’t feel bulky or restrictive at all. I can lie on my side and move around without needing to adjust them, and the sound quality is clear but soft. It’s perfect for meditations, breathwork or music.

I’m also really looking forward to using them when I travel back to Canada later this year on a very long 30 hour flight. They feel ideal for planes blocking out light, creating a little cocoon and allowing me to listen to meditation or calming audio without disturbing anyone else.

Such a thoughtful, well-designed product for sleep, meditation and travel. I’ll definitely be taking them everywhere with me and would happily recommend them to anyone who struggles to switch off or is a light sleeper.
