The problem is that Driver Easy collects drivers from many different sites and some of these contain malware. when i opened the original email from them with the activation code there was a warning about malware from their website. The technician removed the virus and my computer was Ok. She said Windows does not need a program like Driver Easy and this cost me $200 to fix. Driver Easy refuses to accept responsibility. I advise everyone not to use this program ever.
