Waste of money, misleading information and horrible customer service! – This is an absolute waste of money and time, you can download free ones that do a better job. Misleading information is on their website, It states it will install missing drivers on your computer but it didn’t do this at all for mine so DON’T fall for it. I wouldn’t of purchased this otherwise and right now I’m financially struggling so it’s a big deal to me. It might not seem like a lot of money to other people but what I paid is a lot of money that could’ve been used for much needed groceries or towards a new laptop that has now gone to waste. Unfortunately I had a big long think before I purchased this due to money circumstances but I really believed it would work and took the risk seeing as they state it will and really I needed my laptop to be working but unfortunately couldn’t afford to buy a new one which is now what I have to do. The money that purchased this could’ve went towards a new one... I tried contacting customer support multiple times both through email and their support contact for on their website and it’s been close to a month and I still haven’t heard back from them! Honestly I think this is a money hungry company who has no respect for their customers. If there is nothing they could’ve helped me with, they should’ve just replied to me and let me know instead of ignoring.
