Dropship Stores Downunder
2 reviews
I purchased a store from dropshipstoresdownunder.com with the expectation that the store had undergone thorough market research, which would ensure its success, and that its setup was handled with professionalism. However, after acquiring the store, I discovered that approximately 90% of the products listed were priced below market value and beneath the actual costs from the wholesaler in question.
Upon raising valid concerns with the seller, I anticipated constructive feedback. Instead, I was told that my advertising efforts lacked creativity, despite the fact that I had been provided with only one image per product—absent any videos or additional visuals—thus limiting my capacity for creativity. This is a fundamental consideration that any individual familiar with advertising would recognize.
The seller asserts a history of successful sales in online businesses. However, when faced with challenges, I received both rude and arrogant responses. Furthermore, I even proposed returning the store to them, accepting a loss on my part, so they could present the opportunity to another individual with greater expertise. This offer was promptly declined, accompanied by the comment: 'Well, I guess you have already given up, and there is nothing left to say.
These people are happy to take your money and do offer 30 days of help after purchase, but after that they stop replying to your emails with questions on how to fix things. They can't even give you a yes or no answer. What a mistake I made spending $2500 with them to create me a store that I've had for almost 1 year and have only had it running correctly for about 1 month (Which I had to pay someone else to fix for me). I thought I was doing a good thing by supporting fellow Australians but I was wrong.
