Over promised and under delivered – Very disappointed with this company. Promised a lot and really under delivered. The good staff have all left the building in recent business sale. Remaining lip servants are a waste of space.. Avoid this company.

This company rebrand from top tier to Dunk – The worst marketing agency in Australia. As soon as you pay, they disappear! We are putting together a case with other victims to take these people to court. Please, review before using their services.

Dodgy and Unprofessional – Was interested in their services until I waited 2 months to not get an audit they said they would do. Their excuses were the director was too busy. There's been lack of communication and transparency right from the start that gave me red flags. No wonder they've changed names now to Dunk.Agency

support, Top Tier delivered no real expertise over and above what I could find online myself and once they set up the campaign, they offered zero ongoing support. You'd think after spending such a large sum with a business they would want to make sure I'm feeling like the investment was working, but no. That has not been my experience.

To receive any ongoing support I have to spend another $1000 for a ONE HOUR optimisation call. That's right, ONE hour (Facebook provides this service for free by the way).

When I spoke to my "client success manager" yesterday she didn't even offer this as an option to help with the campaign, so really not feeling at all like they want to continue working with me. I just kept getting told that the package I bought was a "set up only package" and that the "performance director" is happy with the work that's been done.

I can see how this MAY work for a higher value product that can afford a cost per conversion over $50, but for a small consumer product like mine with low margins, it doesn't stack up. I would assume that if they were as experienced with these kinds of campaigns as they say they are they'd have known that the cost per conversion would be on the higher side.

Consider your options before signing for this.

ads/funnels and I didn't see any ROA at all. Now they said it was purely based on our pictures. I called quite a few times to see how our progression was going and had left voicemails and still no calls back then to be told they only respond to your questions via email within 24 hours? But why?

I have never been disappointed in a service then I have with TTM. Once your onboard and pay them the fee they don't communicate as well. So don't be surprised if they seem great from the get-go then ghost you lol.

False promises, Bad communication, expensive – We spoke with top tier about scaling our company from a 5-10k revenue/month to potentially 30k/month. We were told using them this was quite possible. got answered over 3 weeks. They ended up telling us they were cancelling the weekly management where they organise our ads and wanting us to go on a 1hr strategy call were they tell us what to do then we have to do our own ads and this was for an extra $99 so less work from them more money for them. This was all prior to our winter release which throughout the whole time we told them this was super important which was obviously not cared about through them.

We were super excited in starting with them due to all the research I done on them, even after being told by someone who currently is working with them to not go with them we gave them the benefit of doubt. After 3 weeks they told us to continue working with them we needed to have an adspend of atleast 10k/month (initially this was 5k then $60/day) with a retainer of 3k in agency fees so pretty much priced us out after losing us and costing us money. If you are a small business owner do not go with these guys I'm sure they are great for bigger business but unless they improve their transparency fix a lot of internal issues I would/ have look elsewhere.

Transparency I have never written a bad review in my life but in this with an already hard costly industry to start in your money is best spent on things that are going to help you grow and I understand that as much as anyone if not more as my journey has taken alot of loses to even get to where we are today
