More than frustrated & disappointed – The original pair of hearing aids lasted a few months before being replaced with likely refurbished aids which also lasted a few months. Tired of the hassle after almost a year, but they refused my refund request since a return is only possible for 45 days-not nearly long enough to determine the quality.
