Easy Aussie Questions & Answers
I purchased two anti theft cross body bags last week from Easy Aussie. I received them today. Inferior quality. I have contacted them by email asking for a full refund as I am not happy with the quality. I paid $49.95 each. They were delivered by Australia Post, however they were sent from Xianghui Electronic at Chullora, not Easy Aussie. The reason I purchased them was due to the 476 5 star reviews.
Further, I have sent two emails requesting a refund, no reply
This was also my experience. Temu product sold under a Chinese owned business enterprise appearing to be Australian and charging higher prices for exactly the same product that can be obtained for a fraction of the price from Temu.
I had a similar experience. I received two left handed bags instead of the right handed bags. They were really quick to point out they sent me the correct ones with a photo of what it should look like. I was happy to see the photo as that was not what I received, so I took a photo and sent it back. Crickets. Heard nothing. I have sent multiple emails and messages asking about an exchange and have had no response. Now I have given up on an exchange and I just want my money back. I’m happy to send the product back as it wasn’t what I ordered. But still radio silence. I can’t even find a refund or exchange section on their website. Company values talk about the customer. Shocking really.
The bag I purchased has a faulty zip and I have sent several emails requesting the refund/return process and no response. I note their website provides no details for returns.
Don’t worry about getting a refund because I had a similar problem and was promised my money back if I send the product to them but all I got was the product back. So don’t waste more money because you won’t get what you won’t
You should contact Fair trading and the ACCC. They are drop shippers so they aren't playing by Australian Consumer law. You can also put in a claim via the bank to get your money back. I am having a shocking time with them too. Just had a call from a spoofed caller ID that scammers use (looked up) and they said it was PainfreeAussies wanted to talk to me, left me a message - so have the proof, from a spoofed UK telephone number. Nothing I have witnessed from this company makes me believe that they are operating other than as Chinese drop shippers. NO addresses for them can be found. They promise hassle free returns - that's a lie.
