I actively discourage anyone from using this company. It is one of the most poorly run organisations I've come across. Zero customer service. Management that hide away in ivory towers with no capacity to run a business. To give context I have had to call them because they have not honoured what they promised 5 times. Each time is a 30 minute wait with a 5 bar repetitive hold music. Each time false promises given and then I have to go through the process again.

I have also emailed them 5-6 times, I'm not even getting responses to my emails.

This is a health company which provide scripts - so let that sink in how much they care about your health.

I despise companies that are just there to take your money with little regard for the client - what infuriates me more however is when they post shiny images and videos across their social media portraying them to be the opposite.

It's rare that I hope a company goes out of business, but this one is on the fast track after reading the online reviews by others, like me, who are being mistreated.
