Sadly my hinges weren’t in the box!!! So I had assembled everything else but had to go buy hinges before I could put the door on! So that was very frustrating during set up, but other than that I love my shed.
took 3 months to finally get my shed – Every time I called which was at least twice a week I got a different excuse. I will not use these people again. It I’d definitely not easy. When I wanted to cancel I was going to be charged a cancel fee with no refund.
Purchased in at Easyshed for $600.
Not so EasyShed – This shed was just the right size for the space I needed it to fit into and comes with a sliding door, also perfect for the space, and now that it is finally installed it is good, and I am happy with it. However, the 3 stars are for the following reasons relating to both service and product: 1. On ordering by phone, I was told it would be made to order and would take 4-5 weeks. It was delivered to the hardware depot nominated, sometime within the time frame however no one from the courier company contacted me once it had been dropped off, and there was no contact phone number on the con note so the hardware depot couldn't call me either. After 5 weeks of hearing nothing, I dropped into the depot to be told it had been delivered 3 weeks ago and they couldn't contact me. So, bad communication on behalf of the supplier. 2. Not something I could assemble myself, I got my handyman and his assistant in. On opening all the bits, he let me know 2 centre pieces to hold the roof units together were not included in the packaging. Very annoying. I certainly didn't want to wait for the company to send the missing bits. Luckily, I have a very resourceful handyman who modified some brackets he had to do the job. On following the install instructions included, he commented that some of the booklet instructions didn't make sense, once again he was able to work around this problem. So, installation is NOT as easy as made out to be. 3. I purchased the upgrade to have the clear skylight based on the image on the website but the clear piece included was longer than the roof panels and there were no instructions regarding install of the skylight at all. Phoning the company I was told the skylights are all one size and need to be cut down to suit the roof, and in my case the roof panel would have to also be cut to accommodate the skylight. Had I been informed of this when speaking initially with the consultant, I would not have purchased the upgrade. We decided not to bother with the skylight. So, wasted money, no clear instruction and poor communication from supplier. 4. There were two items included that were for a pitched roof, which this shed does not have. No idea why these were supplied.
Summing up: If I could give my handyman a 5 star review I would, because of his knowledge and experience I have a shed that I am happy with. I think he sums it up when he said, if anyone else in my apartment building wants the same shed installed, he's NOT interested.

It is great to hear that the shed is the perfect size and fits right where you need it, and that you are happy with the finished product. We are sorry to hear that you did have some trouble though. We would like to address these points. It is correct that our sheds are manufactured to order. However they certainly do not take 4-5 weeks. We normally advise 2-3 DAYS for manufacturing, with transit time thereafter. For your location, this would normally be 1-3 days transit. Your contact details are not provided with the consignment information, as the contact details of the collection store are needed there for our freight carrier. Your contact details are instead provided on both the printed documentation that arrives with the shed, along with an email that is sent as a pre-alert for incoming orders. We apologise that there was such a long delay in you being contact by the collection store. We will be looking into this further to understand why this has occurred. Regarding the assembly process, while it is a DIY product with a relatively straightforward assembly procedure, it can appear daunting for a first-time installer at first. However, as you follow our step by step guide most people find it is a easy process to follow, it just requires some time to properly follow the instructions. We also recommend watching our Youtube Assembly Videos prior to installation as these have some really helpful tips. You are correct in that our skylight only comes in set lengths. If not the specific length for your roof, these do need to be cut to the length to suit your roof sheeting, but can be achieved with a strong pair of scissors. There would normally be assembly instructions provided for the assembly of our skylight. We sincerely apologise this was not included. However your steel roof panel sheeting should not have needed to be cut. We instruct to simply overlap one of the steel sheets by an additional 2 ridges so that the skylight can fit in. The additional items you received that were not required, could possibly be a result of our team included an incorrect hardware/screw pack for your shed. This may also explain the missing parts you also mentioned. We would have happily sent the missing parts or a new hardware pack to you at no cost. It is good to hear though that your installer was able to overcome the issue for you.
