This Group are totally useless and do not deliver what they are supposed to. We spent approximately $1,100 on grocery shopping using their app after they came out and promoted the dining credits with their partners and they failed to provide us with any points after completing these purchases. I have then called and emailed their customer service… Read more

area (who I also assume are offshore) and they have also been totally useless and have not corrected the situation yet despite numerous calls and emails spelling out their errors. Totally useless company to deal with and very untrustworthy with their dining rewards program where they have clearly failed to deliver in what they are supposed to provide!!! Totally pathetic service to go too!!!!!!

I had a voucher for 22% off but mistakenly used the wrong card for payment. I was surprised to find that the app allowed for this mistake and I could make a claim to get my original discount. Communication with eatclub was quick and efficient dealing with my claim and I was successful in getting a full refund. Thanks Eatclub.

My experience with this product was very disappointing. I ‘redeemed’ an offer which to my knowledge was not confirmed. The 25% offer wasn’t applied when I paid the significant bill. The offers are too difficult to take advantage of.

My experience has been mixed. Using walk in vouchers seem to work ok with most venues however there is often a pricing discrepancy between the menus in the app and those at the actual venue ( always more expensive - who would have guessed ! ) but takeaways are not good - seems the venue must know where the orders are coming from so 'adjust' things… Read more

to allow for the discount. In my case meal sizes have been significantly smaller when using the app. Have complained to Eatclub but zero response so would recommend against using them for this type of order.

UPDATE: I had a difficult time with Eatclub but they resolved it. They had overcharged me in various ways and their support system (an email) was very backlogged and unresponsive for a week (a lot more than their advertised 48 hour response time). I had to write to them on social media to get a response. After that harrowing experience… Read more

they did finally make things right so I am revising my earlier low rating.

ORIGINAL REVIEW: Not only Eatclub failed to give me the offer that i registered for and paid on the EatClub wallet card , Eatclub also charged TWICE $16.75 on my yellow eatclub card. CHARGED TWICE as their payment gateway was playing up. I have written three times to their support team now with no response other than an automated: Thank you for contacting Eatclub. Eatclub owes me almost $30 as they charged me twice for a single meal and didnt give me the discount. and after 3 emails it has been just silence. invoice / offer order #F2FC2F

Varying 'pay by' times mean you have to check the fine print for each booking or your discount will be denied. I cannot trust this company. Gone are bookings so you have to turn up and hope.

I had an initial hiccup using the app for the first time as my Eatclub card was hidden in my Google wallet. I approached support and they honored my discount. I also provided feedback which they were genuinely greatful for. Great service and so lacking these days.
