The funny thing is like a $70 refund would likely mean future purchases for other products but either this a poorly shortsighted company or a company that knows it is purposely dropping the quality of it's products compared to when it started and needed the market share, means that they don't want a repeat customer.

They're relying entirely on the reviews and reputation from their early days but it'll catch up with them.

asking for a refund—I simply wanted to exchange the item for a different size because it didn’t fit. Even after explaining that I was unaware of this hidden condition, they refused to help.

If a policy is important enough to deny customers an exchange, it should be clearly displayed on the main return policy page, not buried in another section. I believe this is misleading and unfair to customers.

able to complete a full return process through an official portal if the items are not actually eligible. That alone shows a major issue with how their system and policies are implemented. On top of that, I was told my items may be disposed of if payment isn’t made by a strict deadline, and that no further emails would be responded to unless payment was made. That is not acceptable customer service and feels very coercive over a dispute that was created by their own system. The communication has been inconsistent, unhelpful, and lacking accountability. Instead of acknowledging the confusion caused by their return process, the responsibility has been shifted entirely onto the customer. Based on this experience, I would strongly caution others about purchasing from them if you expect clear, fair, and transparent return handling.

Clothing items were true to size, except for the sweat pants. They were kind of tight, but I think they're supposed to be that way because they're high rise. I have bought many items over there years, some items are a hot and others are a miss, if you dont have a perfect body, sizing is very tight, i am usually a 10 and a little curvy and a DD and find i have to go a large on my pants and XL in tops, so not true to size for alot of people I would imagine.

what you’re actually saying. The tone comes across so dismissive and condescending, especially when you’re dealing with a genuine issue.

The item I received was clearly faulty or mislabelled, and the sizing was completely off. What’s worse is there is ZERO transparency with their sizing. Their “petite” range is not consistent at all some styles are literally inches longer than others, and they don’t disclose that anywhere. There are no proper measurements provided comparing petite vs regular, and they don’t even include basic things like model heights or how the item is supposed to sit. You’re basically guessing, which is ridiculous for the price you’re paying.

Speaking of price the quality is just not worth it anymore. If items are going to be inconsistent, poorly labelled, and vary that much in length, how are you charging premium prices? It feels like you’re paying for a name, not quality or reliability.

Despite all of this, I was still expected to pay return shipping… for something that was not my fault. That’s the part that really gets me. They would rather lose a loyal, long-term customer over $10 than take accountability and provide a prepaid return label. It says a lot about how little they value their customers.

What makes it even worse is I’ve had experiences with other brands like Elite Eleven and Muscle Republic, and the difference is insane. Their customer service is understanding, fair, and actually resolves issues without trying to push costs onto the customer especially when the brand is clearly at fault.

Echt used to be a brand I loved and recommended to everyone. Now, I wouldn’t shop here again. The decline in quality, lack of transparency, and horrible customer service has completely put me off.

Don’t buy from here. As a size 10 who prefers a bigger fit I ordered a size 12 (L). It arrived and you seriously would think I bought a size 8. Super uncomfortable, and not great for the self esteem. Material isn’t great either. Show details

They replied me back saying that we don't check our emails and complaints early morning and since it's been dispatched I m not eligible for refund. How ridiculous answer is that.
