I've also been really impressed by how quickly the team responds whenever I've needed help, which is reassuring to know when you're navigating something completely new. Also, having a clear structure and blueprint has also made the whole process feel achievable rather than overwhelming.

The community has also been a real highlight. It's full of genuine, like-minded people who openly share their experiences, wins, and challenges, which is inspiring. Even though everyone is working on their own projects, it feels like you're all on the journey together.

The biggest gain for me is that the program really suits the way I learn. my experience so that prospective students can make an informed decision.

I joined Ecom Capital after being assured that if I followed the program and implemented the system, I could build a successful e-commerce business. A significant factor in my decision was the representation that participants who followed the process and were not generating approximately $10,000 per month within three months could be eligible for a refund under the company's guarantee.

Based on those representations, I took out finance to fund the program, which was organised by Ecom Capital.

The course fee was approximately $24,800. However, the finance arrangement increased the total amount repayable to almost $38,000 once fees and interest were taken into account.

I did not fully appreciate at the time the extent of the additional costs required beyond the course fee itself. One of the conditions attached to the advertised guarantee required participants to spend at least $50 per day on advertising over a three-month period. This represents a minimum additional advertising spend of approximately $4,500 before considering product costs and other business expenses.

In my experience, the true financial commitment was substantially greater than the headline course fee alone.

My biggest concern relates to what I consider to be a significant omission in the training. Trademark protection was never discussed during my sales conversations and was not raised during the numerous coaching and mentoring sessions I attended over approximately nine months. As a result, I encountered serious trademark issues that have consumed an enormous amount of my time and resources over the past year.

Instead of focusing on growing my business, I have spent hundreds of hours dealing with trademark-related problems, gathering evidence, preparing submissions and attempting to resolve issues that I believe could have been avoided had appropriate guidance been provided at the outset.

I repeatedly raised these concerns with Ecom Capital and was asked to provide extensive documentation regarding my trademark situation. During those discussions, Ecom Capital indicated they would contribute towards engaging a trademark attorney to assist with the matter. Over an extended period of time, I spent considerable effort gathering documents and responding to requests for information in the belief that a constructive resolution was being pursued.

After I had provided the requested material, the commitment was later withdrawn. I found this extremely disappointing given the amount of time and effort I had invested in attempting to resolve the issue cooperatively and in good faith.

I also requested copies of notes and records relating to my sales discussions. My request was declined on the basis of privacy concerns, despite those discussions being central to understanding what representations had been made to me prior to enrolment.

What has frustrated me most is not the fact that starting a business involves risk. Rather, it is the amount of time I have spent trying to resolve issues and seeking a fair outcome after raising legitimate concerns.

I have also spoken with a number of former students who expressed similar concerns regarding the guarantee, the costs involved and the outcomes they ultimately received. While I can only speak for my own experience, those conversations reinforced my decision to share this review publicly.

The financial impact on me has been significant. Beyond the course fees, finance costs and advertising expenditure, I have spent the past year pursuing the matter rather than focusing on building my business.

I appreciate that others may have had a different experience. This review reflects only my own experience and is based on events that I can substantiate with documentation.

If you are considering this program, my advice would be to obtain independent legal and trademark advice before launching a brand, carefully assess the total financial commitment involved, and ensure you fully understand all conditions attached to any advertised refund guarantee.

The coaching calls have been valuable, and whenever we've had questions, the team has been approachable and willing to help. It's also been encouraging to connect with others at different stages of their eCommerce journey.

While we're not launched yet and can't speak to long-term results, we can say that the program has given us the confidence, knowledge and accountability to keep moving forward.

materials he has provided are very thorough, and the Loom videos are especially helpful because they show you exactly how to work through things step by step.

I had been a bit MIA for a while because life got hectic, so coming back into the program could have felt overwhelming, but Joseph has helped me get back on track and focus on what actually matters for launch.

I’ve also found the group calls really valuable, particularly with Adrian. He gives great advice and the standard of coaching feels really strong.

I’m not launched yet, so I can’t speak to results at scale personally, but in terms of support, guidance and clarity, my experience has been really positive.

The coaches and the community are great. I signed up for the Mastermind program and you are guided through the whole process step by step. You do the work yourself, but the coaches are there to support you and you can ask other people in the community for any advice. The learning modules are clear and concise.
