I bought the pillow topper for myself after purchasing one for my husband. It is not ice cold but I definitely don’t turn my pillow nearly as much as I used to. 4 stars only due to it bunching up inside my pillow case-perhaps instead of straps it could have a cotton backing to prevent this. Great for an overheating human being. Definitely cooler on your head and face. My only criticism would be the fact that it is an overlay and not a full slip so it can shift around and needs adjusting regularly . Show details ·  1

Completely surprised how wonderful this cooled my face when I put my head down at night. Eventually it warms up (as expected, it's not breaking the laws of thermodynamics) but this overlay makes this the coolest feeling pillow I have ever owned. Show details ·  1

Disappointed – I bought it for my partner as he gets very hot during the night, he would always flip the pillows around for the cold touch so I bought him this cooling pillow overlay to stop him from doing that but it just feels as if there’s no overlay at all for him and he is still flipping the pillow around. It’s a bit disappointing as I had high hopes for this product considering it was a pre order and I waited 2 months for this product. Show details

Overlay - no thanks – The overlay has a thick edge which you can feel. Would have been better if was made like a pillow case. It also does not stay in place properly even with the straps (I have an exodus pillow). Show details

Disappointing – I bought 3 of these (2 as gifts) based on the fact that I love my Ecosa pillow and all the positive reviews I saw. I’m disappointed to say that they don’t work - feedback from the people I gifted them to as well. Expensive purchase for no benefit. Show details

I purchased the Ecosa Cooling Pillow Overlay at the same time as a Ecosa Cooling Pillow. When using the two products together it was noticeably cooler to sleep, especially on a warm summer's night with a lot of humidity around, than using just the old Ecosa pillow I had. durable, and integrates seamlessly under my usual pillowcase without any fuss. I finally tested it out last night after the temps here went ballistic. I can give it a thumbs up. It made a significant difference to my comfort levels; definitely cooler bedding (I bought the Q sized mattress overlay as well), so I give this a thumbs up.
