EDECOA Pure Sine Wave 3500W 7000W 12V 240V Power Inverter

Mysterious Random Power Off – 4 years ago bought an EDECOA 3500 watt pure sine wave inverter, failed after 6 months. Powers itself off after turn on for a few seconds. Bought a replacement - RENOGY 3000. This one is still going strong after 3.5 years.

Worked for 2 hours then failed – Very disappointed. Even under a low load, the unit failed. Contacted seller but no response as yet. The main purpose of this acquisition was the pure sine and higher capacity.

Junk. I got one because of the remote and pure sine wave – Had this for to many weeks to return, Runs some things but not all. I have an Oscilloscope and checked the sine wave. seemed OK with no load, I charged some Ryobi battery's OK and then plugged in my dell laptop, light came on, connected to the laptop and the power turned off on the laptop power supply. I connected the Oscilloscope again to the power and the pure sine was there but fuzzy. Not real clean power.? So I'm stuck with a inverter that I cant trust. Just wanted to warn people.!

works well – it did not like 3.5kw continuous but handles 3kw and below rather well. I heard a faint electrical noise when I was pushing it and eased off straight away. 6 months later it is still running my water pump and a couple of brewing fridges. It shouldn't be pushed over 10amps/2400W anyway as this normal rating for a GPO. i would buy again @ $350au

Warning this inverter started to emit smoke and failed the first time it was used!!! – Warning to all who might want to purchase this inverter don't, these inverters are poorly made and prone to failure, was purchased from Ebay store who refused to refund me i would recommend you do not ever purchase from this ebay store.
