AUD and the second charge for over $141 AUD....being just over $200 taken from my account via PayPal direct debits at one time ....leaving me in dire straights financially bring 72 with limited funds to waste on an add on to the service I was already paying monthly.

The service team contacted me quickly after I contacted Effecto as PayPal suggested. However both operators who answered my emails asking for a refund of the higher second amount. Stated that a refund was impossible because the content wasn't delivered in a faulty way and I still had access to it. As if I was going to use an add on for one to one training when I didn't ask for that service. So subscribers beware. This app will add on future things to the original service you have signed up for with increasing cost. I have cancelled my subscriptions now but have paid over S200 AUD which I could ill afford to pay for basically as a donation to this company....and am now left without buying essentials like food because of it. So if signing up for this app beware of additional charges and cancel well before your free trial ends.

unauthorised charge. Customer service has been dismissive, unhelpful, and frankly rude.

This seems to be a pattern. Others have reported cancelling subscriptions only to be charged anyway, being told “no” when requesting refunds, and receiving no response when asking for personal and payment details to be deleted. When concerns are raised publicly, they suddenly reply asking you to email them, only to then respond with generic statements like “your feedback has been taken into consideration”, with no actual resolution. It feels like gaslighting designed to make them look responsive while doing nothing. Save it!

I’ve now had to escalate this externally due to their refusal to take responsibility or stop unauthorised charges. Please be extremely careful dealing with this company. Based on my experience and others, this feels deceptive at best and a SCAM at worst. I fully expect a polished reply below about how they’re “working on improving”, like I said, save it! Actions matter, not empty words. Karma has a way of balancing things out.

Like others, got sucked in with a subscription, after cancelling it I was then charged in the new year. Appealed and showed cancellation, but they state that I did not unsubscribe for the yearly subscription. Stay away from this company even Paypal cannot stop fees being charged. WHAT A RIP OFF, BE WARNED.

1. Difficult to cancel 2. Not enough clear info re subscriptions, renewals, and hoiw to cancel 3. Refused refund, even though I had done my best to cancel and I needed the money for food. Please note multiple similar complaints elsewhere - and they tried to discredit low score reviews by 'flagging' them with the platform - 100% of their flagged reviews were considered legit by platform.

Avoid this app, it does little and you don't get renewal advice of the unwanted subscription – This is a lightweight product that costs a lot, and is not what you would expect from the marketing hype. There is no actual management plan, It is a tracking app that does little else, and provides little help for the buyer. I think it is complete waste of money. to you so you can't stop getting a second payment deducted before it happens, and after 12 months you probably won't remember buying it. A quality product and company offers transparency and advises you of impending subscription renewals so you can make a choice. AVOID and save yourself disappointment and money. I am waiting to get a reply for my cancellation and refund.
