Tolls were $70 now they are suing me for $3360 they are not a registered law practice and it's a [Content Removed] organisation that is [Content Removed] thousands from people

Don't ever use a rental service that contracts with them - all they do is send you an invoice for tolls, which the toll operator or rental hire could have, but they'll charge you almost 90% *on top* of the toll for the "service" of doing so.

Scammers – Charged $500+ 2 years after car hire from Alpha Car Hire. Be extremely cautious about signing up for the efleet pass. Can't recall if the car-hire was contingent on obtaining the pass but definitely push back if they request it. We used only 1 road with a toll and have now been charged over $500 2 years later. Unscrupulous!!!

If using Alpha Car Hire efleetpass charge near 70% extra on retail tolls – Here's the problem. Alpha have cheap and cheerful cars (who on their own are good) but if you use a toll you can't use your own account or pay separately. are using Alpha it pays to use alternatives to toll roads unless you want to get ripped off. Efleetpass also do not reply to emails questioning their tolls. If you need to use tolls consider using a different hire car company to avoid the add on by these parasites
