Really slow to load and big lag on remote. Big fanfare startup which takes way too long and doesn't open on last channel used so you have to wait until it's tiny brain gets into gear to find menu steps to get you to where you want to get to. Buy another brand but check reviews so you know how bad or reasonable the TV you want is.

Remote failure – Bought from BigW on sale. Ok for less than a thousand dollars. Worked well for the first twelve months then the remote started to fail. Seems to be a regular feature of this brand. The fact there’s a large replacement market for these should be a warning. The offer of help from the company after submitting the review led to a company site that offered up basic troubleshooting advice that I’d already tried before directing me to the site that I’d already purchased the replacement remote from.
