So far,so good – At this point I knocked off 1 star because the batch button was not functioning and ended up mixing 2 batch ingredients in one batch option.otherwise think it could be great.only used it once, still in process of learning how to use it and getting to know it. Great machine, great pasta – We have had the machine for about a year. There are excellent videos on YouTube for someone considering buying one. Our first batch came out perfect. Second batch saw us trying to balance the moisture content and a bit of the disaster. After that strictly sticking to the recipe has resulted in excellent results. tastes better - need to do a “blind” taste test. Anyone wanting to make lasagna should check the video as the sheets are quite narrow and possibly not what you were expecting. We don’t use it that often. I do recommend it but check the videos first, so that you know what you are getting. We paid the regular Global Shop Direct but without the juicer etc as we already have appliances to do that. I gave five stars on the cleaning which is a bit difficult but bearing in mind, all dough mixes take time and patience to clean off. Putting back together is an adults Meccano experience. I was surprised to find that I had not already left a review. Thinking of buying another as a gift to a relative prompted the look up. Machine apparently named after a famous US pasta chef.

Love this pasta machine – Very good quality pasta machine, super easy to use and easy to clean. Kids love having fresh pasta for tea. My 13 year old even uses it when cooking tea. Recipes are easy to follow. I bought Emirels machine to replace my old cheap one and wish I had bought it sooner. I didn't get the one with juicer option/frozen treat option as we wouldn't use it so can't comment on that option. Show details

Once worked out mix constantly it’s great – Once we worked out the proper consistency of dough we were right looked on line for a how to do….we were right beforehand it was frustrating ….now it is great

Works really well if you carefully follow instructions – First time I have made my own pasta.. huge improvement in taste and texture from the dried stuff. Makes enough for 4 people in one batch and 6-8 in double batch. Show details
