Eprint were unable to collate the uploaded files so it became too difficult so I requested a refund. I'd already paid for the service which has no longer been supplied. The issue was apparently forwarded to accounts for refunding but it's been 2 weeks of radio silence. No replies from multiple emails to multiple departments within the company. Terrible experience.
