Don't Waste Your Money – For $268.47 from Big Red Tech through Kogan I was expecting a few bells and whistles. I should have checked the specs far more thoroughly. The print quality is about the same as my last $35 printer. There are no features, except printing, not even Wi Fi! The single most absurd complaint is the USB connection, apart from being the ONLY way to connect the printer, it uses the most obscure USB socket and it is NOT included with printer. Don't waste your money, the extra ink storage is not worth it.

Awesome Features – When I got this Epson EcoTank in the mail. It was packaged very well and so easy to take out of the box. It's packed with a bag around it to help you pull it out. As soon as I got it I set it up to try it out. It was so easy to set up so if you not tech you can still do it. The software is so easy to download. The ink is so easy to fill up, but make sure you put them in the spot there supposed to go. I gave it a 4 star because it did seem to get a lot of paper jams. Overall it's a great product for the features it has.

Great for price – It does not have a scanner but that ok l will use my old printer. It does not have wifi . That’s ok I want to connect to my computer by cable. Less hassles. It does hold a lot of ink and print quality in colour Is very good. All in all very happy.

OMG, does not have a scanner, or Bluetooth for tablet printing – But the main reason I purchased this was for the refillable ink, it’s so easy to refill the ink containers inside the printer - this is brilliant, and all printers should have this function. Why this printer doesn’t have a scanner is too strange. I had to buy a second printer for scanner. Also, it is 2020 -tablets have been around for ages and it’s strange that this printer (nor the second Epsom printer I purchased) - both do not have Wi-Fi connectivity and or Bluetooth functionality for tablet printing, otherwise known as ‘Air printer.’ It’s good that the power function button is at the front of the printer, which can be accessed from office chair. When printing envelopes the front tends to smudge at the end, but overall the printing is good. And I haven’t had any problems whenever I go to use it -it has worked, unlike any other painter I’ve ever had, there’s often been problems like paper jams or just suddenly flipping out not working. But this one has always worked whenever I press the print button it starts printing - can’t ask for more than that can you.
