where I lived (Port Macquarie). I was advised to take it to a private address in the country, outside of town, because that was where I would find their registered repairer. I called them and found that there would be a $100 fee up front plus the costs of the repair which would likely include some parts. Perhaps another $100 and a wait of up to 4 weeks. So I have a new mono printer and I am not suffering weeks of delays trying to get the Epson going. The Brother, incidentally, connected up wirelessly with virtually no input from me. Very quick.
