Terrible printer – Very unreliable and works when it feels like working. The cartridges go very quickly. Horrible.

Buy this if you want to lose your sanity – Where do I begin? I'll start with this printer has got to be the worst printer I have ever wasted money on. I have bought cheaper printers in the past and never had as many issues as I do with this waste of space. Setup was a freaken nightmare. At first my wifi was there and then it wasnt and then it was. Once if finally found my wifi the password… Read more

was incorrect (apparently every time I entered it). When it did finally connect it would just say "printer error" then randomly after waiting 5-10 minutes it prints one page then continues with "printer error". In the end I gave up and my husband printed the document from his phone. Such a hassle! I had to convert the document to a PDF then email it to him.. he prints the document but its double sided and unable to change the settings. Honestly I have the worst headache from this printer. I dont know whether to return it or cut my losses and take to it with a hammer..the latter is sounding good right about now.

DO NOT BUY!!!!!

do not buy this printer, it is completely unreliable – The toners are expensive and do not last beyond maybe 25 pages of printing, the black and white only function also doesn't seem to work at all - I have never come across a more infuriating piece of technology. For your own sanity do not buy this printer. Show details

Rubbish – I have no end of problems with your stupid printer. I'm always being told 'printer not there' or 'busy' when it's just not true. I also get told 'printer not connected' when it is. It's driving me insane. Rubbish product. Show details

Very uneconomical ink cartridges – Poor scanning functionality, ink cartridges seems to run out every second week and if a colour cartridge runs out you cannot print black and white. Avoid this printer it’s absolute trash  Show details

Brochure doesn't even mention scanning? – I bought the printer new, a week or so ago. Apart from printing a test page after setup (which went fine), my first use was to scan a document. The scan information on the tiny screen was not clear so I went to the brochure to see how to scan. It wasn't even mentioned! So, back to the screen which made cryptic reference of scan to USB. I… Read more

found a port on the machine that was labelled USB but it looked like no USB that I have seen - more like a specialist printer cable? So now I'm waiting for product support. A poor start...
