A4 print of a PDF or word document are randomly changed to setting such as a letter, multiple sides, etc.

One of the biggest problems is that this printer is unable to print black and white if the blue or the green or the red ink is out. This is a stupid and frustrating feature.

Do not buy Epson printers!

We were sold a pup! – We've had nothing but trouble with this printer. Ink runs out too quickly, and now it's not printing any black ink. We only bought it in June 2013, but now we need to buy a new printer. I really wouldn't recommend this printer to anyone. It's also very clunky in its design
