Average – I enjoy having the ability to print A3. What I do not enjoy the difficulty in scanning large documents; both number of pages and document size. It syncs with the WiFi but can be temperamental. Finally ink cartridges are a pain; so much so I went with CISS instead of buying new ones. The scan speed for stacks of document si okay. Individual documents are slow. Printing is slow but average for an ink cartridge printer. Show details

Worst printer I've ever had – Constantly jams, multi-feeds, scanner errors. Can only put one piece of paper into the paper tray otherwise it will multi-feed EVERY SINGLE TIME!! The amount of times I've wanted to throw it out onto the road is phenomenal, will never purchase an Epson again! This is our first and last Epson printer!  Show details

Had worse could be better short lived – Printer just died after about two years which seems pretty standard although I expected an office printer used at home would last longer . On saying that it must have printed a gazillion pokemon. Software was way better than I have experienced and printing was reliable until it broke. Agree the feeder could be fiddly. A3 plus double sided plus.  Show details

Epsons are great printer – This printers great and easy to reset as well as changing ink. I like the fact it has 2trays coz I use A3 for a lot of jobs. The only problem I have with it is that when I'm printing a job and in the middle it stops to say the ink is low. It would be nice to at least finish what it's printing instead of stopping in the middle. Other that I print anywhere in the house n helps with kids homework.

A great big pain in my Home Office!!! – I originally purchased this printer about a year ago and it's been the biggest pain... the paper jams are absolutely phenomenal on this machine. Pretty much every 5-10 pages it jams, then I have to turn the printer around so I can access the back door to retrieve the jam. This is costing me in tons of paper waste, valuable time and heaps in… Read more

consumables due to having to reprint, I regret this purchase big time and as soon as I can purchase a new one.. I'll be going to another big brand that has much better machines for Home Office with better reviews. I purchased this machine Brand New from a popular retail seller that sells on eBay and although I reviewed this machine prior to purchasing it, I thought maybe I could be lucky to get a good faultless machine... boy was I wrong. Love the duplex printing although it's only for standard A4 plain paper and the two tray is awesome, definately A3+ format is good. Paper jams constantly, sometimes causing multiple paper feeds. A huge loss of my valuable production time and consumables due to having to reprint.

Scanner jams every time - dont buy it – Really annoying that you cannot scan multiple pages without it jamming. Whats the point of having this if it doesn't provide basic functions. Printing is OK, but only a small number of pages at a time - same problem as with scanner, too many pages at once, and they all run into each other when they come out and so it jams. Basic engineering fault… Read more

- they need a loading area to take all the pages. Wish I read the reviews before buying this hunk of junk. Cheap Cheap. Scanner jams. Multiple print pages jam. Hopeless really.

I really regret getting this printer – The Epson workforce takes up a huge chunk of space on any desktop. It scans reasonably well, but, despite trying regularly, and many visits to the shop, much online research etc. I have never succeeded in getting it to print A3 without a paper jam - on any paper. This is pretty awful as A3 printing was my original reason for purchasing it.… Read more

Whenever the paper runs out, the interface tells me the printer is jammed even though it isn't and I have to spend several minutes opening and shutting the back and restarting the printer before it will print again. To me this printer harks back to the 'bad old days' of the 90s, when printing was a constant stress. On top of that the cartidges are expensive and the printer/wifi connection seems unpredictable - the connection being regularly 'lost', despite the scanner working fine over wifi. Finally, the 'low ink' warning appears very suddenly (even in the middle of a job) and, though it claims to be able to complete the job in black and white (useful if you don't have a spare colour cartridge) the interface won't actually allow the user to do this. I hardly ever write product reviews but, after yet another frustrating afternoon, I just had to! It scans ok Printing unreliable, jams regularly, poor interface

Excellent printer / scanner – I love this multifunction printer. It replaces costly large colour copiers for a small office. Obviously if you want to print lots of stuff then go to a print bureau or buy a copier. I find printing A3 colour for my architectural works (using a Mac Book pro) fast and mostly fault free. Epson sells larger ink cartridges and in ink packs… Read more ·  2

which are better priced than buying individual cartridges.

The wifi printing works well from PC, Android tablet, iPad, iPhone and Mac. The Android and iPhone Apps are only useful for A4 printing as they don't know anything about A3 sheet size - just dumb imo. The built in print facility in the iPhone also doesn't recognise A3 size.

I haven't tried the fax facility - A bit redundant these days given you can scan and email in colour.

I also haven't tried refilled or alternative brand inks either so I would welcome any comments on this.

Next time, I would probably buy the A4/A3 model WF7520 or current equivalent as remembering to change the paper in the tray means having to check each time. Wifi, cost, ease of use, great colour A3 printing Epson ink cost a bit high as usual, A3 not supported on iphone or android apps

One of the worst purchases ever – We've had issues with this printer ever since we bought it. It ran out of ink very on in the piece and each colour + black had to be replaced. Even after doing this (yes, we bought the original ink), we had vertical or horizontal lines, missing colour - none of which the head cleaning and nozzle check would fix. As the printer is huge in size, it… Read more

is not overly practical to return to where we bought it or to a service centre. We're most likely just going to buy a new printer, and I will be going back to HP. I liked the idea of wireless connectivity and A3 printing Very flaky in terms of performance, too bulky/big, ink needed replacing too often and was expensive. Display panel is often not clear
