Terrible Printer – Poor Quality, Expensive Ink, and Terrible Customer Service – I purchased this printer in 2023 because it seemed like a compact option for light, domestic printing jobs. However, from the moment I received it, I noticed it had already been opened, which was a red flag. The quality of printing has been consistently awful. Even with minimal use, the prints are extremely poor – broken sentences, blurry words, and faded text.

One of the most frustrating aspects is the ink. The printer consumes ink incredibly quickly, and I’ve had to replace the cartridges after only a couple of uses. The ink is also ridiculously expensive, and given how quickly it runs out, it feels like a money trap.

Just recently, I replaced the cartridge with a brand new one, and the printer still shows "INK FULL" on the display, yet the print quality remains terrible. I’ve attached an image to show how bad the quality is.

After dealing with all these issues, I reached out to customer service, but honestly, they were not helpful at all. I’ve tried troubleshooting with them, but nothing changed. Now, the printer doesn’t even print properly anymore.

I deeply regret purchasing this printer. It’s a waste of money, and I would highly advise you to think twice before buying it. From the start, it’s been nothing but problems – poor quality prints, expensive ink, and terrible customer service. Definitely NOT recommended.
