Randomly won't work – I hardly ever need to use this thing but the scanner is absolute rubbish. The software that comes with the printer is also rubbish. It is connected with USB printer cable that it refuses to recognise and the Wi-Fi connection only works occasionally. Show details

Epson WF2760 cartridge rip off – When the printer works the quality it good. The features and control are relatively easy to use. Conectivity is not an issue. Not satisfied at all as the printer is programmed NOT to work if one cartridge runs dry. Show details

The mobile phone app for WF-2510 is the best – The Anroid app from Epson to operate this printer through wifi is the best app ever, I never plug a cable to print or scan of fax on this printer. Wifi options are giving me all the facilities to get it done from remotly Show details

Happy with previous XP-200 model – I have an Epson XP-200 which was purchased approx 10yrs ago, This has been a brilliant small machine for home & business, unfortunately the scanner has failed & have ordered an Epson WorkForce WF-2510 to replace it, if this turns out to be as good we will be very happy. Show details

Epson should go bankrupt – Prints a few pages then ink cartridges runs out. The most infuriating thing about it all is that you cannot print mono prints if all 3 colour cartridges are not full even though colour cartridges are not used for mono prints. The printer has blatantly deliberately been programmed to force you to replace colour cartridges even when you only… Read more

require black and white prints. There is zero technical reason why colour cartridges should contain ink when printing black only. My strongest advice to everyone out there considering a printer is not avoid not only the WF-2510 but avoid Epson altogether as a brand. It's such a shame the minimum amount of stars I can leave is one - it deserves much less. I sincerely hope Epson goes bankrupt very soon for the benefit of all consumers.

Waste of time and money – The WF-2530 printer scanner is rubbish. It's been mostly sitting on the desk with minimal printing done. Specific help is almost impossible to obtain from the user guide. I've wasted four new cartridges, paper and hours trying to get it to print in colour. I'll never buy another Epson again. This company needs to produce a better quality product.  Show details

Overley complex – The have over complicated the software for the printer. Every time I have to change a cartridge it plays up and becomes very difficult to get it to begin printing again. Has a hissy fit if you tell it to print the document at actual size. I have owned Epsons for about 20 years. This will be the last one P.S. One star is too many but I could not rate it any lower. Show details

The worst brand of printer on the market – What a terrible printer the ink jets are clogged all the time then you need to do head/nozzle and alignment tests up to 8 times to fix the problem by then you have used all full ink cartridges up and need to buy more and they are not CHEAP !!!! For the same problem to happen a week later so frustrating. Im pretty sure its a money making scheme so… Read more

Terrible Garbage – This has to be the worst printer I have ever had. Always goes offline, always "Printer in an error state". Just won't print. Also, if one cartridge runs out of ink, you won't be able to print anything (even in black and white (gray scale) until you replace that cartridge. Seriously?? Epson is a terrible company. Never again crap.  Show details

junk – i bought 2 of these printers at same time just over 12 months ago ,, each has used about 2 lots of genuine Epson cartridges , the first printer had a lot of trouble recognising when a new cartridge was install ,, 2nd seemed ok ,, on the first printer ,when the 2nd lot of cartridges were replaced that is when the trouble started ,, it would not… Read more

print black ,, done all the thing with head/nozzle and alinement ,, no such luck ,,purchasing the new cartridges was waste ,,

cartridges are expensive for the amount you can print , to get larger ones , you just about need a bank loan

you would at least expect to get a couple years out of a product and more than 2 lots of cartridges , but as the guy said 13/15 months is all you can expect , then you get hit with the extended warranty , this is near the same amount as a new printer ,, at least you get the $60 bonus with it , which makes it better ,,

I had cannon printers previous to this , the old 4200 series went for years with no faults ,, 2nd cannon lasted about 15 months and came up with the print error fault,

so I went with the Epson , bad mistake there , I thought they were a quality item ,, both have been trouble ,, one is going in the bin ,, other will get the same treatment ,next time it plays up .

I have now bought a hp , so will see how that goes

cannot blame the store , they have to sell products , it is the manufacturer ,,

gets me ,, so many complaints about plastics and other things ruining the planet , but every thing now is throwaway ,,

Waste of money – If your thinking of buying a cheap printer... Do NOT BUY THE EPSON WF 2510. I have had nothing but trouble with it. I have used it about 10 times in 2years and it has cost me so much money in ink, cleaning it and doing maintenance. waste of money !!!!

Worst printer I've had in over 20 years!! – Always jamming. Connection drops out. Goes to sleep by itself so you're always having to go and power it up when you need to print. Then wait for it to boot. Average print quality. Runs out of ink quickly and now. All the head-cleaning I can run, doesn't seem to fix the gaps in the printing. Should have just been happy with our previous all-in-one.  Show details

Waste of Time and Money – I've only had this printer for 6 months. First the scanner stopped working then when the ink got low I put in a new cartridge and it worked for a week then stopped printing half way through printing a single page. of it's own as sometimes I print and nothing comes out then a week later when I go to try and print something else, the previous pages I was trying to print come out instead. Cheep and gets the job done! – Don't waste time reading poor reviews on this product written by champions who don't now how to setup wifi. This is a grate product and cheep to run. If you using cheep router supply free by your internet provider any printer can be slow on wifi or malfunction occasionally. The only down site, is not very fast. But lets be realistic I pay $69 for wifi fax printer scanner.

The best printer ever released by Epson – I bought this so I can print, copy scan and fax things also I can print wirelessly from my Laptop, iPhone and iPad. It prints things very fast so it very impressive also the ink cartridge are reasonably cheap to replace when you run out of ink (all the colours).

WI-Fi mystery time waster – Had this printer 2 yrs (2013 purchase) to use as main printer. USELESS Wi-fi has worked say 4-6 times in 2 year yet have spent hour after hour (desperate) trying to get it going. just unlock the 'secret' get it going, next day wont connect again! Is this just this printer or is it all Wi-fi printers. WHAT A FARCE would give it zero stars if I could.

The Ink Cartridge – It is a very poor printer and the ink cartridge don't last. It only prints when it feels like it has sat in my bedroom collecting dust the best place for it. Do not buy this machine, you will just be throwing your money away. It is a shocker.

That's time I'll never get back – The set up is overly complicated and the drivers were out of date necessitating 4 calls to the helpdesk in the Philippines to update properly. One of the links that they sent still doesn't work and they haven't sent the correct one yet. I wish that I checked out this forum 1st and bought something else. On the plus side, the prints of photo's are pretty good.

Still a bad printer – This is my second Epson 2530. The first one was Dead on Arrival. The current one worked briefly, then gave up. Worst printer I've ever had - waste of money – WiFi option is intermittent at best, requires frequent reinstallation of software. Ink cartridges are consumed too quickly. Status levels indicate up to a quarter of ink remaining but printer won't function. When ink levels are low the remaining functionality (i.e. scanning) is inoperable. Use of non-genuine cartridges is also intermittent and… Read more

Not recommended – If this copyer is not used at least once a week the ink dries up. Then when you clean nozzles you are using up heaps of ink. When it works its an inkaholic....drinks copiously....and the cartridges are so small. My girlfriend has another brand of printer which hasn't been turned on for 3 months. When the epsom failed me again I plugged hers in in… Read more

and it works fine Epsom is cheap but badly designed. I'm just about to send it to recycling. It has printed about 100 pages total and since new Nov 2013) and I have already replaced one set of cartridges.....now it won't print without a nozzle clean every time. I have used up all the ink again while actually printing very little. Terrible > Sorry Epsom. I like to give everyone a chance but Never buying an epsom again.

Slow and uses alot of ink – This was a good price. Under $100 and the ink cartridges are a good price under $20. Copying speed - not too bad- when it is warmed up...This machine uses a lot of ink though. It is also quite complicated to use. It has a long and tedious menu....To top it off the Reset button doesn't actually reset the settings you might had set. Eg. if… Read more

you enlarges the print font or adj the quality of the copy, pressing the Reset doesn't reset it. You have to go through the menu and do it manually. Scanner - this take a few minutes to warm up. Changing the ink cartridges also take a long time. It then 'checks' if its done and this takes 2+ mins. A lot of waiting around and think time is something this machine does quite a lot :-( It is not an asset to have. Purchased from Dick Smith. May 2014.
