Awful – What a hassle, ever since purchasing this printer I've had nothing but issues. it constantly paper jams, doesn't connect half the time and needs resetting often. Can't wait to throw this worthless junk in the trash Show details

Ink runs out too quickly + constant problems – Lots of issues but did get a couple of years out of it before I decided to upgrade. It started chewing through ink and required weekly replacements. Not the best unit but will get you by until you can get something more expensive. Show details

Now doesn't print – Purchased from Officeworks in mid 2018 and worked well initally. Ink blockages as some colours including black would not print. Genuine refill sets from same retailer, still will not print correctly - scanner only usable now. Show details

Never Buy an EPSON – I only print black and white, there are three colour cartridiges and when a singe one of them has supposedly "run out" It completely locks the whole printer, and will not print until you purchase new ink. Absolute sham, avoid EPSON products at all costs.. Never buying EPSON again. Show details

Epson should close the consumer printers department – This is the last Epson I will ever buy. Extremely costly to run, is cheaper to buy a new one instead of a new set of cartridges, once replaced the cartridges last nothing, 20~30 pages and already tells your that is running low, but if you shake the cartridges there's plenty of ink inside, and I'm talking about genuine cartridges! On top of that, often the printer doesn't recognise the cartridges, and they are genuine! Waste of money. Show details

Piece of junk – As everyone else has said, difficult to set up and use. Works for a short while then starts giving all sorts of error messages and mine stopped working completely after about 80 pages of printing. Unsure how Epson gets away with this sort of quality. Show details

Difficult to use – The ink is of course expensive. I wish I would have read reviews before buying this. Setting up is a long and difficult process and it doesn't always print, it keeps asking for the type of paper, even though the paper size has never been changed. The ink does not last, dries up quickly Show details

Another piece of junk printer!!!! – Just took my second one of these back to officeworks. Wouldn't print properly. Programmed to fail because I use aftermarket ink no doubt. Lucky I purchased the extra cover again which saved me again!!! Will never have another Epsom. I'm running out of brands that I will own at this rate. Gone to a black only Brother laser printer. This one no longer available I think but don't buy if you do find one!!! Show details

Awful waste of money – The only good thing about this printer is that everything that was supposed to be in the box was in the box. What a waste of space. It prints badly, even when you have devoted half a day to all the setups, alignments and cleaning that is required. I had an HP for 10 years before this - way better Show details

The WORST! – Since owing this I'm constantly unblocking nozzles, despite regularly printing. Have spent many more hours fixing this machine than it has spent printing. Quality of printing is poor when it does decide to work. Just an awful unit. Avoid at all costs! Show details

I will never buy another Epson printer! – One of the most frustrating experiences of my life. Spent hours trying to fix. Multiple trips to buy more ink and more than AUD$100 spent on that ink and still wouldn't work. Then says replace ink cartridges again! I got completely dudded! Show details

Useless, worthless junk!!! – I am more than disappointed with this machine. Ok for scan & maybe copy. Will not print and takes for ever. Would have cost me more to replace my printer head on HP, so I thought this would be a good choice, WRONG!! I will purchase another HP, which did last me 10 yrs before the print head finally wore out. Totally acceptable. I will review and research prior to purchase. Show details

How can Epson get away with producing such a crap machine...Never ever buy one of these...Never buy an Epson. How can Office works talk you into buying one of these. What a Disappointment! – I have never been so disappointed in a printer. Very poor quality!! I wish I would have read some reviews before buying. This printer is not user friendly. I spent no less than 2 hours trying to get it set-up, then called the help line which was of no help at all. Auto feeder never worked. In fact the first time that I tried to use it a… Read more

handful of parts fell out of it.

Goes through ink like nobody's business. I think that it drinks the stuff up. I am replacing every 2 weeks or so and use is light (one per week; 2-3 pages).

I don't know whether I am more annoyed with Epson (for making such a poor quality product and charging money for it) or myself for not researching this product.

Needless to say I have gone back to HP!!

Would give less stars if I could – Printed fine on the starter cartridge, but the moment I installed a new one, it stopped printing right. Thought it was the cartridge at first. But a new new one didn't help. Then I quickly had to replace the 3 color ones, depsite the fact that all I was printing was head cleaner and test pages. Now, despite printing nothing for 6-8 months, I am… Read more

out of 2 colors. I threw it in the back thinking I could at least use it for faxing (the o ly broken part on my old printer) but now that it thinks I've used up the ink I can't do ANYTHING. at all. Period. I've had issues with Epson before but this is the one to convince me I will NEVER buy their products again. What a waste of money.

What a big disaapointment this printer is! – I wish I had've read all these reviews before I bought this piece of crap. It has never worked properly: scanner can never find my computer although it is 2 m away and there is no USB backup to use Auto feeder only works intermittently Goes through ink like nobody's business. about every 3 months, now I am replacing every 2 weeks or so.

Print nozzles are constantly clogged and cartridges are unrecognised even though I only used proprietory replacement cartridges.

I don't know whether I am more annoyed with Epson (for making such a poor quality product and charging money for it), the "sales" woman in Officeworks (who dismissed my questions about quality and functionality like I was neurotic and wasting her time thereby NOT answering any of my questions at all), or myself (for not reading any of the reviews on this product before I handed over any money for it). Shame on us all!!!

Total waste of money! – Two printers in two years, both of them stopped printing after a year. Impossible to fix them even after trying to unclog print head with special cleaning kit. Cheap but frustrating! – Almost daily issues with messages that the heads need to be cleaned, ink cartridges not being "recognised" even though my use is fairly minimal (not more then a few sheets a day usually). I have to resort to removing cartridges after a few printings to shake and reinsert them. That works for a few pages, then I have to repeat the process. It also… Read more

Bad choise – Worst color system. Will not print in black only. Keeps running out of color even tho I only use black. Followed all instructions for "Black Only" still would not print. Did not have this problem with my old printer. Needless to say ,this has caused me a great deal of stress and expense . .  Show details

worst printer I have owned – I purchased this printer in 2016, almost to the one year anniversary it broke down. I notified Epson and they sent me a refurbished printer and now one year later it is not printing again. It goes through ink more than any printer I have used before. A positive is that the pricing was good but not worth the aggravation of the other negative factors.  Show details

Great budget all in one printer – Need it for basic document printing, reliable, fast no fuss setup. Not pricey at all for an all in one - printer, scanner, fax Easy to set up on the network. Cartridges are very easy to replace. No Jams so far, so I'd say thus far, it seems very reliable. Haven't had it very long but happy with it so far!  Show details

Stay away – Purchased an Epson WF-2760 printer from the Epson Store on August 14, 2017. If worked good until June 2018. At this time it wouldn't print properly. It was skipping lines and only printing the bottom half of letters. I notified the company. They agreed that since it was under warranty for 1 year they would send a replacement. They sent me a… Read more

refurbished printer. The printer they sent had no ink, and they wanted the ink that was in my broken printer to be returned to them. (I suppose they can sell more ink this way). They billed by credit card $90.95 for a printer that I bought originally for $81.85 until they received the broken printer back. Just another example of large corporations shafting the consumer.

Epson workforce 2760 – Worst printer I have ever used. Terrible in every aspect. Cant say a good thing about it. Will never purchase an epsom printer again. Clumsy, terrible ink usage, cant get it to scan, won't connect to computer, counter-intuitive. Wont print in black / white unless you have colour cartridges fitted and full. On screen displays make very little sense. Complete rubbish.  Show details

Terrible – It uses colour ink even when you want to print in black and white, so if you have run out of colour you cannot print. It also uses ink very quickly. The most expensive printer i have owned in 20 years due to ink costs. Do not buy this printer!  Show details

Epsom rort – Not a great printer, agree with many of the negative reviews posted here. My first WF2670 I had to replace due to a fault with the scanner. Today I was sold some compatible non-Epsom cartridges to save a little money on the… Read more

cost of printing (as the cartridges seem to dry up very fast). Epsom firmware blocks the non-compatible cartridges from working. If I choose to buy cartridges that I know will work, but your firmware blocks it, I am not ok with Epsom manipulating my right to spend money where I choose. Has never been a problem with other models/makes of printers I have used in the past. Not nice of you taking away consumer rights Epsom. Do not enable driver updates (this is the problem with why the non-compatible cartridges don't work). Unfortunately, the technical support call I put through was not helpful either. Disappointed.

Great price not the best printer – Print quality not the greatest but really it is ok for the price of the printer. Buying your inks through epson costs a fortune as inks have a very short life span. Jams happen regularly, paper catcher is on top of the paper tray when you push the paper catcher in to refill paper tray it gets jammed and you have trouble pulling the catcher out,… Read more

mine is permanently stuck in so when printing it falls on the floor. Same with the copy feeder when scanning multiplies it takes up more than one at a time. The touch pad isn't touch friendly you will need to press a few times as it doesn't always work. If you have plenty of time this printer is OK the printer is a low price. I have had a better printer from Epson before at a cheaper price but this one isn't anywhere near as good. The only redeeming feature I found a refill ink company that works on a Epson printer.

Very disappointed – Our first Epson printer. Chews through ink like I cannot believe! After a couple of weeks and very little use- told me the cyan cartridge was low and wouldn't print- so I changed that... then all of a sudden the magenta is also low... changed that and then the yellow is low, changed that and then the black is also low. How very coincidental that… Read more

all cartridges are low at same time! Then when I finally get it to print it is doing severe banding - print nozzle check and cyan is not correct, ran the print head clean a couple of times but still no good- unusable prints. But now I look at the ink levels and it's saying they are at 50% !!! Have only done 2 A4 pages (which I can't use because of banding) and cleaned print heads. Unbelievable. Pity i can't take it back as I don't have receipt anymore. Back to Canon for me! Oh and I had just ordered 2 more packs of ink cartridges...DOH!!

Good quality and cheap – This is a great printer given the price I paid. Print and scan is good quality. Scans to cloud in PDF or JPG format. Prints duplex but only scans simplex. The 220 cartridges are very common and can be found online for a very cheap price. User interface is simple.  Show details

I wish I could give this printer negative stars (squares? circles?) – This is genuinely one of the worst printers I have ever used- as a student whose grade often relies on handing in printed assignments, I think this printer has taken off twenty years of my life through sheer anxiety. It breaks down on a whim, has a very non-functioning touch pad and has no option to print double sided or single sided (it instead… Read more

decides when it wants to print double or single sided- how delightful!).

I am currently sitting on the floor surrounded by mountains of failed attempts at printing some simple notes on the WF-2760- and this is the third time this month I've found myself in this position. For the sake of your sanity, please do not buy this printer.

I'll be printing at the public library if anyone needs me.

Works like a charm – The printer has some added things that I didn't think I'd use and I have been. Things like double sided print and scanning. Also can download an app on to your smart phone that allows you to print from your phone emails which I think is very awesome. Not to mention it's wireless so you can be in another part of the house and it still prints.
