Do not buy an Epsom Workforce WF 7710 – I will never buy an epsom again! This printer is always jamming, we have had continual issues with the ink, continual updates sooooooo unreliable! So disappointed and frustrated that we purchased this!  Show details

Buy this printer and you will need an exocist – I have used Epson Printers for about 15yrs now and always been very happy with them. frustrated – we bought the WF7710 as the warranty on our previous machine (also Epson) had run out. And a few months later same old song. Prints are bad and no cleaning or new cartridges will get it to work again. Don't buy this thing if you are not printing every week. Show details

So Bad – This printer is a very poor example of Epson printers. My first was replaced under warranty and now the replacement has failed. Extremely frustrated now that I need to go and buy another. It wont be Epson! Show details

Appears way too restrictive re printing from USB & connectivity – Bought the printer for a Scout Group, hoping to have a user-friendly product that different people could use relatively easily. Bad choice. No bluetooth, wireless connectivity to phone seems difficult, EPSON print app installed itself as default causing other problems when trying to view any downloaded files on my phone. connection only recognises JPEG and TIFF formats, not even PDF - which seems ridiculous to me. Bottom line - wish we had never bought it.

0 Star for me – It's just Terrible. See in the screen Blk ink is like 20% left and C (blue) is like 30% left. However, the printing paper coming blur. So I have to change them. And it works. But just ridiculous. And it's not support A4 paper. NOT RECOMMEND. Show details

If you only want to use black ink don't buy – Unfortunately I can't give 0 stars! I paid $309 for this A3 printer just to be able to use black ink. However, this st^pid printer only works when 4 coloured ink cartridges are full! go & buy 3 colour cartridges -which I don't need- just to print black only! You can over-ride this 'temporarily' when the first one runs out but when the 2nd one runs out you must replace all the inks! I wish I had stuck with HP I'm so angry!!! Apparantly this is the same with all EPSON printers. Epson seems to have a good ploy here for people to spend on their products when they don't need them. The scanner & photo copy is extremely poor quality, absolutely pathetic & not even worth using!!! And it is the most difficult & complicated printer I've ever had to use. You have to download drivers, I can work it off my android phone but still cant figure out off my ipad & my mac is different again!! Very confusing, complicated & severely frustrating to use. Everytime I had a small problem, I would waste hours googling solutions & ringing their help line. This printer is a waste of time & money. Worst purchase I've ever made!! Don't even consider it!!! OR ANY EPSON PRINTER‼️
