an email to say that they have given me store credit for the un supplied item, that they did not have in stock or failed to advise me of this 3 weeks later. I have requested a refund to the card I paid on. So lets wait and see. I agree with the other reviewers that it was a great company to deal with years ago but gone down hill now. Very dissappointed. Update: They have since refunded the money.

I have dealt with Eroma for many years buying all my supplies for candle making from them and the service was excellent. Now they don't cater for the small candle maker. 20kg! Now they only seem to have M and larger jars. I used to buy the small but not now. Eroma your company was great in the past but now you've gone downhill-- unfortunately.

Outstanding customer service – I want to say thank you to Rita -from the Sydney store who went above and beyond to assist me with getting a product I needed. Fragnance Wonderland – I visited the Mortdale store as an absolute beginner in candle making. They were friendly, helpful and informative. I was amazed by the wide range of scents they have, I could spend half day there to have a little sniff from all of them. Great quality products.

Eroma used to be my go to for fragrance and wax needs. Unfortunately they have gone downhill in the last year, with stock showing up as available and then not being available once your get to the cart, or letting you place an order for stock and then crediting your account for items they cant fulfill instead of refunding you. of their fragrances - easily some of the best available in Australia - but would not recommend to purchase from them anymore because of my recent experiences with placing orders and order fulfilment, as well as no options to pickup stock anymore.

No wax available for melts. When ordering the fragrance oils, they were either out of stock, or did not deliver to my area. An order for 14 oils were placed, only 13 delivered. Told I had to place another order for the one missing oil and pay for additional shipping. No consultation or offer for a different scent to be provided.

I tried ordering via their website. 5 out of the 6 items that I tried to order were initially shown as available, but when I tried to check out it said "not available at your location". I am in NSW. Their website categories also appear bugged as it only shows categories A - C. I have used them previously but something is wrong with their stock or website.

they add a more of a honey scent that would be better. The thing is the store closed so i wanted to go and smell this scent first but unfortunately I couldn't. The delivery took 3 days (excluding the weekends).

Ruined something good – Gone downhill, this site used to be good. They have bad customer service, will wipe your accounts data without letting their customer know. They change things that don't need to be fixed, making it more complex than it ever needs to be. They are a large business that operates like a small business.

unfriendly and uncooperative customer service – I have been trying for over a week to get an order, The website says free for order over $200, I am still charged a delivery free for my order above the value. When I contact customer service all I get is "is a IT issue" so I ideas asked to talk to a supervisor and the person is unfriendly and uncooperative. If wasn't the face that they are the only seller of the product I need I would have moved one.

third party logistics company which translates to ZERO benefit to their customers as now I have to pay postage and wait on shipping times. They initially were offering free shipping in Metro areas over $100 (I live outside the Metro area so had to now pay for postage) but now Eroma have jacked it up to $200 to qualify for free shipping. When I did order through the website I ordered a box of 24 bowls and received only 1 bowl in the post. So by the time it arrived and found their error all boxes of the bowls were sold out. Initially they only provided a store credit and I had to get back in contact with them to ask for a refund. I had pre-sold a number of the bowls as candles and then had to refund my customers their deposits as Eroma had no bowls at all in stock. They have no competitive advantage anymore and I'm now buying what I need elsewhere. So sad they decided that the customer didn't matter.

up" I had already tried that with no success. Now I am out of pocket and have a load of wax I obviously can't use. I will not be purchasing wax from Eroma again and if I can find my favourite fragrances elsewhere I won't be purchasing anything from Eroma again. I am beyond disappointed with their no care attitude.

Customer Service – WOW!!!!! Should of read the reviews prior to ordering.. this company has NO customer service what so ever. Rita the only contact, is never contactable, never replies to emails, phone calls or call back messages. If they are an accredited company I would suggest the auditors closely take a look at customer service and complaints, as I have been a company auditor, I would certainly give them one big X.

Worst customer service EVER – I've been buying from here for years, recently I received a fragrance oil that smelt awful, I've been buying it for years, I know what it's supposed to smell like, this smelled fishy, I filled out the forms , it took weeks to get back to me and they said that batch is fine, you must be wrong and bye!

Appalling business ethics – Sells some customers 10 litres of fragrance oils but not others, doesn't even give you the decency to tell you, they just stop selling them to you. Beware this could happen to you at any time.

the bag fell onto the tiles of my kitchen floor and 1/4 into the box it came in. The bag was surrounded by bubble wrap so I was unable to see that it wasn’t sealed properly. When I got in touch with Customer Service about this, all they suggested was that would notify the Warehouse. I have not been offered any compensation whatsoever which in my opinion is not great Customer Service. I have not heard from the Warehouse. So if you order wax, make sure you check it is sealed!!!

search i found Eroma. They had such vast selection of oils and some of the exact hard to find ones i was after. the prices are incredibly reasonable too, which was a bonus and allowed me to purchase more than needed. i had placed the order on a Friday and before the tracking number was even loaded, i had received my order on the Monday. I hadn't read any reviews prior and I'm glad i didn't as i may of hesitated. I'm actually surprised there are so many negative reviews. maybe i just got lucky..who knows. For what its worth. My experience was perfect. Items were shipped in record time, packed well (20 glass oil bottles) and exactly what i had ordered. They work for me so I'll definitely be ordering all my candle supplies from this company. Hoping the great experience continues..

Very disappointed. Poor service, poor communication – Bought from online store twice, about $400 of products. Arrived damaged, but in a claim and tried to contact customer service several times but no response. After three months still no contact, refund or replacement. I guess they make so much money they don’t really care if you come back again.

Poor customer service – Attended the Meadowbrook store on Saturday 4th December 2021. New to candle making and scoping out local options. What a waste of time attending the 'showroom'. Absolutely no customer service provided. The worker was not approachable, friendly or even interested to engage or provide any information. I'd give minus stars but that isn't an option and I believe 1 star is too generous.

After sales Customer service terrible – Ordered early October, eventually despatched with Fastway/Aramex. Sitting in Aramex warehouse since 17 October. Eroma don’t want to know about it, have asked for a refund and all I get told is we have escalated the enquiries. Absolute joke. I live an hour from their warehouse but we were in lockdown when I ordered so pickup was not an option. This whole situation is an absolute joke. Not impressed at all with Eroma’s attitude and Aramex attitude.

from other states faster. They pass the responsibility to the delivery company the delivery company passes it back to them, meaning I'm left wondering what's going on and what they are doing to fix the problem. No communication from Eroma about anything meaning I have to chase them up and ask what's going on. Of you take money for something at least have the decency to follow up on the deal, not just take the money and say 'well we shipped it on' blah blah blah cause that don't mean nothing to me. You chose Aramax Sonita your fault. Shame on you Eroma. If I don't get my things I will make a complaint to Fair trading. Will never buy from you after this. Zero customer service manners. People go too All Australian candle company they are the best. Fast shipping too. Or Aussie candles or Candle supply. Stay away from this company.

Disgusting company - Customer Service and ethics are non-existent – WARNING - Stay clear of this con mob Make sure you check recent reviews for this company - they are fail to understand the concepts of running a business with rude customer service, lying middle management and non-existent follow up or accountability. Whenever they make a mistake with a shipment it is blamed on the customer or shipper. Will not refund goods that have gone missing in transit or that were never sent.
