They charged me $500. I told them to cancel the order immediately via email and rang their so called customer service area in Australia and was told by foreign speaking people that spoke to me in English, they don't speak English and slammed the phone down on me. I emailed them numerous times, never got a reply and then a parcel turns up that is absolute garbage. Not CBD or anything remotely relating to it. I checked with my doctor and chemist. Both stated dont take it under any circumstances. I cancelled my card but it had already gone through so never received a refund from my bank as I did actually receive the crap that was sent. $500 out of pocket and had to wait 3 weeks for a replacement card to be sent. Meanwhile I've got automatic deductions coming out of my bank that I had to ring every company and state don't take the payment. An absolute disaster. They make out they are legit and their site is very believable and I got sucked in beauty. I normally know a scammer a mile away but these assholes are very good. DO NOT BUY OFF THEM. ITS A SCAM AND NOT CBD AT ALL. I SHUDDER TO THINK WHATS IN IT. What annoyed me the most was the fact that after I'd placed the order, a message pops up and states this company are scammers. All a bit too late. Never again.

Hi Jenny, Yes, after waiting for delivery for about a month, I called the Aus contact number 1300954120. A very helpful lady asked whether I would like them to restart the delivery or have a credit. My account was credited 2 days later.

I have rung the number endless times and it just goes round in a loop. Contacted my credit card, asked for fraud chargeback, and will get all my money back through them- whew! Thank you for the quick reply

Yes it is. I have purchased from a company previously in Australia. Canvalate or something. Very expensive and it didn't agree with me. It's all legit though. You fill out a questionnaire and they have someone call you and then a chemist makes up the dosage according to your info. It agrees with a lot of people with chronic pain as I have too but am very sensitive to a lot of meds. That's why I tried these thieves. Because they were gummies with no THC in them which I think was the reason I spun out on the genuine oil drops. Google them. They are efficient and check on how you are etc but as I said, not cheap and may not work either. Good luck
