Estee Lauder DayWear Eye Cooling Anti-Oxidant

Terrible unfortunately – I’ve got a set from Myer it included deluxe sample of this eye gel cream. I love Estée Lauder products so I decided to try. Skin type: dry Age: 25-34 Wouldn’t recommend! Cons: It dries your skin, despite being labeled as hydrating. Since the skin under eyes is very sensitive, it made my eyes feel “tired” and puffy. It also added to my dark circles. The texture of the gel is nice, however, whenever you apply it in the skin it causes irritation.

Pros: It does cool the skin under eyes - that statement is true. The scent is not bad, couldn’t really smell anything except cucumber.

I completely loathe any of the EL gel creams, they are waste of money and your time. Don’t get them. EL decided to discontinue the traditional eye creme and swapped to gel. They haven’t asked anyone and I believe it wasn’t the best decision. If anyone agrees with me please spend few minutes writing an email to EL stating that their gel formulas are terrible and should be thrown out of the window.

Ps. It’s such a disappointment that along with great products EL has this nonesense of a cream.
