Buyer beware – Buyer beware. This is a bogus company that won’t give your money back after the product has been returned. I returned a brand new duvet cover and sheets and still have yet to receive refund. Their product is low quality. Buyer beware!

and after returning the item, they shorted me on the refund. Unacceptable and unprofessional. Avoid this company at all costs! Have notified the digital payment platform of their shocking service as well. They were fantastic - some positive news.

1 towel as a hand towel. The material is nice and we have not had any problems with snagging. It dries our hands very well. The problem is that the towel itself does not dry between uses. It's not so bad if it remains a little damp during a single day but when we use it the next day, it has become very cold and damp. We live in a cool climate but the heater is on most days, all day, so the towel should dry reasonably well while still hanging in the bathroom. We have even moved it directly in front of the heater but it just seems impossible to get rid of the damp feeling. I cannot imagine using these as our main bath towels. We won't be using these in the house anymore, but will try them for travel as they fold into very small sizes which will be great for space saving. These were on sale, but for $30 each, I expected them to perform far better. I am so disappointed as I wanted to support environmentally friendly materials but these were not as good as cotton towels. I will not be purchasing Ettitude towels again. (Note - I noticed that there are some similar reviews about towel dampness on the Ettitude web site so be warned!)

Fabric worn into cobweb! – After 1.5 years (only on bed for half that) the bamboo fabric of the fitted sheet has worn down to cobwebs through which you can push your finger. (I have photos - it's not tearing or cuts). Ettitude blandly said they were 'out of warranty' - obviously they don't understand Consumer Law. They offered me $20 in compensation! If you want quality, save your money for a set of good cotton or linen sheets. A poor product.  Show details

Such a lovely product! – Thanks for making such lovely bed sheets. They are so beautiful and soft, and a pleasure to sleep on!! They are very fragile though, so good care must be taken :)

Good but overpriced – I initially found this company as I was searching for made in Australia sheets. Somebody had mistakenly said these are made In Australia when they are made in China. purchase. I've slept on them 1 week now and am ready to wash. I hope they will be ok in the wash. They are really silky but not too silky like real silk. They do bunch up on the bed but I will try to take extra care when I make the bed again, to make them less prone to moving around the bed. However, had I paid full price of $300 I would have returned them. Yes, I love them so far, but a product made in China selling for $300? Seriously? I will see how these go once washed and update the review. Oh and yes, if I see them for $100 again I will buy but definitely not for $300.

Updates . I used these sheets and washed once a week for about 3 months (so maybe 12 washes) and the jet black sheets become an awful grey colour, particularly around the edges of the fabric. They look cheap and nasty. Will never purchase again not even if they are $100 on sale!

terrible – terrible customer service! Bought a gift voucher for my friend and she cant claim it to purchase the products. It just doesn't work. They have no contact number and dont reply to emails. Waste of time and money.

No customer service – Ettitude caused me to pay for unnecessary cost by splitting the order into 2 parcels (= twice the handling cost for getting it through customs). The invoice amount that was listed was incorrect and way too high. That meant I had to pay additional custom tax and GST. Company does not reply to any emails.

Cooling for summer – For someone who heats up easily in bed, these sheets have been fantastic. They have a smooth, silky feel and have kept me cooler in bed particularly during summer. They do crease easily and after a few washes I have noticed some pilling but after shaving them off with a pilling shaver, they haven’t come back. They aren’t the cheapest but keeping me cool at night has been worth it.

Best Sleep Mask – This is the best sleep mask I've ever had. Soft, snug but not tight, completely blocks out light. I can't imagine my life without it. I love that it's anti-microbial, too. Highly recommended.

Pilling – Purchased these sheets about 6 months ago. They are great, soft sheets but pulling started happening on the flat sheet within 2 washes, and I followed the washing instructions. The pillowcases and the fitted sheet seem to be not as bad and still feel soft. A little disappointed as they are my first set of bamboo sheets and I saved up for a while for them and was really looking forward to soft sheets.

Beautiful soft silky sheets – Beautiful sheets, I bought the soft pink beautiful colour and beautiful presentation on arrival. Feeling very indulgent. Great price and awsome Freind referral program !

Silky smooth – I love, and my friends who stay love, my bamboo sheets. They are luxuriously smooth and excellent for sleeping under on hot summer nights
