Need to stretch my back out – Recent back pain issues are being treated with pain killer meds, cannabis oil, epidural injections. diagram (and then I tried that again) when the box of parts was almost empty, I started tightening everything up.

Strapped myself in and hung upside down. So far I am liking it.

The removable bar on the back part of the frame is a bit different to the one in the diagrams, but this has been updated and is better.
