Only worked once – The BlackRoll Fascia Gun only worked once, straight out of the box, until the battery was dead and then it would not charge at all. I contacted the company BlackRoll via email and received no response. Poor product and no communication from the BlackRoll contact email provided.

Good until it nearly burnt the house down – Bought this off a fb seller. Started well, didn’t use much at all and after 6months battery started to play up and not charge well. This should have been a sign. Woke up middle night from alarm and our couch was on fire. Should be recalled!
Incredible massage – When using this massager it definitely gets rid of all the tight knots in your body. Totally helped some pain on my left side I am pleased I have no more pain. Winning..

Motor broke quickly & troubleshooting led to smoke – I bought this from a Facebook seller which I'm sure should have been the first warning sign. I was happy to chalk it up to a cheap product when the motor died quickly during use (anytime I would try to apply pressure to get a decent massage, it would stop). Subsequent uses failed to work at all. The blue operating lights would respond once, and an attachment would move a tiny bit, then nothing. Troubleshooting today on a final attempt saw smoke emitting from the back of the device. Needless to say, it's going in the bin.
