Fast Maxi

Terrible. The driver was very late - he blamed us and said he drove through the airport car park and couldn’t see us and when we got in the car his last fare trip was on the screen and showed he was just doing another pick up. Baby seat is not compliant - filthy and the straps were loose around the babies shoulders. He chucked it into the car from the back of the boot and held it on with a loose seat belt. Families do not use this service!!

Dishonest – Night flight was cancelled 23 February 24, due to severe weather. I had to pay in advance to book this airport transfer. I contacted Fast maxi that morning to let them know pickup was not required from Airport to Penrith. I also had them scheduled for pickup on Sunday from Penrith to Airport. I asked about refund since service was not being used. They stated Yes it would be done. Couple of calls and email, 2 months later still no refund. Not a honest organisation.
