Very professional – Elliot was very professional. Turned up on time. Had to cut through a path to fix problem and made the least possible cuts to easily return area back to what it looked like before. Cleaned up after himself to spotless.
Installed 7 Fans!!! – Peter, Andy, Michael and Aston attended the property and were not only a bunch of fun guys to deal with, they were also very professional in their work and communication. These guys installed 7 new fans from scratch within a couple of hours and also left each room neat, clean and tidy. I would definitely recommend them and have them back any day. Merv
A job well done – What a day for this job. BPLV installation. It was raining, cold and miserable. Finding the copper pipe was a challenge, but he found it. The job was then completed, the trench filled and the water was back on. All done without a sou'wester or grimace. New Airconditioner – I had a fault on my old evaporative cooler. I rung Fawcett and they sent out a technician the same day to inspect it. Jozsef arrived on time, got on the roof and inspected the issue, then explained to me my options for repair or replacement. Because of the age i decided to replace the system, which jozsef then organised for the next day. Really happy with the service and finished product.
My hot water heros! – I rung Fawcett frantically at 7am on a Monday morning with water flooding out of the bottom of my hot water tank. 7.30am I received a phone call letting me know help is on the way. 8am on the dot, a lovely young man named Jozsef knocks on my door. Had an issue with hammering sounds in the pipes each time I turned a tap on/off. Technician identified the issue as being too much pressure in the pipes. Offered a couple of options and was open to me picking and choosing. Went with a pressure reducing valve which was installed within a few days and has now fixed an issue I had for the past 4 years. Air con stopped working on 42 degree day! Andy the electrician was over in under 30 mins. Professional and informative, let me know my options and got the job completed and aircon back on within 20 mins. Very impressed
Neil Niaz Raaz of Fawcett Plumbing recently completed a tile regrout for us in 2 bathrooms. We are so delighted with the result. At their suggestion was quoted the maximum amount to replace a pressure reducing valve near the water meter. The max was suggested in case they needed to dig around the meter & restructure the copper pipes. The quote didn't specify what that… Read more
"possible extra" amount was. Ultimately it was just a straight forward replacement with no "extra" work or materials required. A maximum job time of 30 minutes. When we questioned why no reduction for no extras involved they offered a $50 reduction which in no way would have covered any extra digging & material if that was required. In the end a total rip off & will never use them for any trades in future.
Follow-up · No contact from the supplier since the review. Original quote was $895 so a total of $845 after the $50 reduction for 30 minutes work on site. The person who quoted added $250 for the "possible maximum work & materials if they had to dig ground & restructure the copper pipe", none of which was required.
I engaged this company to fix several minor issues at my rental property and discuss a bathroom renovation quote. Courtney attended and understood the full scope of work needed. Fawcett plumbing is a place nobody should go , they think us older ladies are stupid . Well I am not , and i will take this matter further. New Toilet cost me $1,640 2hrs work

Some power points ceased to work during heavy rain in Adelaide. The very pleasant Andy came on time, in October 2025. He soon located and fixed the problem. What a joy during next heavy rain when I had hot water and heat again! I cannot speak highly enough of both Andy and his work. Fair price as quoted. Good work guys my pipes are working again. I will be definitely using Fawcett plumbing again. With there good affordable pricing, great communication and good work ethic to get the job done fast and probably. They definitely know their stuff.
I am very satisfied with my bathroom renovation. From Courtney being very helpful when quoting and all the tradesmen were respectful and always cleaned up after the job. Neil did a great job with the tiling and nothing was too much trouble for him. Great communication with the company. Highly recommend.
Rang Fawcett Plumbing at 12.30pm. Told them my problem. I was told the costs. Jamie arrived at about 2pm. Very professional, polite, and no mess. Fixed my problem. Asked about any other concerns that needed checking. Cost was spot on. Very happy customer. After checking all plumbers and reviews, I decided to go with a local, well established, family business, that has an excellent reputation. Would definitely recommend Fawcett Plumbing.

Fawcett Electrical work – Fawcett Group were very prompt and efficient and attended to the issue at a commercial office at extremely short notice. I have engaged them previously and will in the future when the need arises.
Great service – Peter Arabatzis came out to fix a problem we had today. He was super efficient did a fantastic job and was very friendly. Would highly recommend him for any electrical needs.

Bath repair – The guys from Fawcett fixed an ongoing problem that I’d had with my bath. They even managed to find a new solution that saved a significant amount from their initial quote. The service from Jozsef and Courtney was fast, efficient and friendly. They talked through every aspect of the job while they were here. Very successful outcome.
