Internet keeps dropping off and freezing - terrible support from TCL Australia – Do not buy keeps freezing and when I contacted to get it replaced (within warranty) I am getting the run around with lots of questions and when I answer keep asking me the same questions again. Pay the extra 100 or so for a brand other than falcon or TCL. Tv is still freezing think I have to give up and throw away the tv. My sanity is worth more than the $300.

12 Months warranty - Died at 15 months – Great TV while it worked. Picture quality great - wifi connection perfect. Stopped working after 18 months. Smart TV - it knew exactly when to die. Obviously, poor quality somewhere. If I could give it less than 1, I would. Show details

Great value for money – I use it for Foxtel and Netflix and it’s great and never lets me down it has plenty of HDMI ports . I don’t use any of the smart tv functions but it suits me fine Show details

waste of purchase – Had for a few months turned on to watched Netflix all the programs come up then switched off as decided not to watch . Next time turning on using the remote only the brand name came up on screen falcon then the screen goes blue no sound either. Will not turn off using remote control need to turn off at main switch. Been sitting on floor for the past 8 months as didn't buy local hard for me to return would definitely not recommend. Show details

Great budget TV - Excellent for games, movies and whatever else – We wanted to buy a second TV for the games room so kids can watch cartoons and play Nintendo games. one of those products that is so easy to use you don't need to look at the operating manual, although one was provided.

The picture quality has been great, it is a smart TV so connecting Netflix through the phone to the TV is easy when kids want to watch cartoons and there are plenty of HDMI cables for game consoles and the like.

This is the type of product where you will have no regrets about the purchase as it is such great value and the picture and sound quality is still very good. I bought a Soniq in the past as a gift for someone and the sound quality was not great and it kept switching off when we flicked the stations. There were no little issues that you need to ignore with this TV just because it was so cheap.

Great value – Television is the perfect size for our bedroom, for the price it has sufficient apps and operating system. The remote is easy to use and has sufficient ports. Good value purchase. Show details

see what you are adjusting!!! To cut a long story short, within 3 hours, we had a free new replacement at home - following a stress free simple process validating the Extended Warranty. My sincere thanks to JB HiFi for this excellent service, but definitely recommend taking out the Extended Warranty, which we also did for the replacement. New one is functioning perfectly, but the "Channel Information Box" at the top of the screen has changed between models, and the name of the program has been deleted from the Box. Very frustrating.

Great budget TV for bedroom – For the price you can’t beat it! It has the main apps such as Netflix, Stan, YouTube and a host of others apps. It was easy to set up. Great value and excellent performance for the money – I needed a spare TV as our old one had packed it in.... not wanting to spend too much on a spare, I found the Ffalcon appealing due to its performance and value. very clearly laid out and also easy to follow. New to me were the USB connection, two HDMI ports and the aerial. There are also coloured sound ports which I do not understand. Now I sit here and all the streaming that we are doing in this lockdown is able to be viewed very clearly and sharply on the big screen. Navigating through all the menu and sites is so easy, even for me. And connecting the computer to the TV was also super easy. I am delighted every time I watch it.
