Wrong item delivered, wont answer emails – I ordered 3 different products, 2 arrived OK but the other was the wrong item and they haven't answered 3 emails I've sent regarding this, that's not acceptable and I would not buy from again.

Undeliverable emails – I've yet to come across a company that has non-functional email addresses and has a policy that states that you can't cancel your order once you placed it even if it's a duplicate. their website (refunds@finewhip.com and refund@finewhip.com.au) and guess what, they both DON'T work (I got replies from Outlook that they were undeliverable). I'm totally regretting my purchase already! I wish I checked the credibility of this site even before I make a purchase, no matter how cheap they are. Their website has many bugs too, and that's a red flag. They should fix their email addresses and their website before even doing business of any sort.

Update: I've called them at least 20 times the next day and yet not a single response. They do not advertise their trading hours. Do business with them at your own risk.

prices excellent, customer service prompt – Second time I bought ISI compressed air cartridges for my whipped cream dispenser (at a very good price), along with a few other items to qualify for free shipping. to simply refund the $10 item but they sent it as a parcel with no fuss. Australia Post shipping seemed slower than usual.

Love Global products – The three Global products arrived in good condition. Free shipping via Australia Post was very SLOW but faster than my last purchase where I needed the order asap and I paid $54.00 expedited shipping which took 9 business days to arrive! No apology from Australia Post. November 4th 2017 Update: Love Global Knives Well designed and manufactured, these knives are well balanced in the hand and extremely sharp. An asset in any kitchen.

Worst customer service / experience in history of all online websites – I have never received such bad customer service in my life. After waiting 30 days to receive my product i found out that the clothes line may be only indoors only. Never again – Never got my order, rude, don't answer their phone and they cancel an order without telling you. Never deal with them again

Scanpans – Order 10 business days ago - still no tracking. Numerous unanswered phone calls and emails. Received 1 email saying i would receive goods within 5-14 working days - still not left warehouse yet. No tracking as yet. This was a $400 order and their lack of response will have me going to fair trading.

I assume my Product will not come.

If I do not hear a response within a week,

I will be Establishing a Lawsuit against the company as I believe Finewhip to be a fraudulent website conducting scams.

Not happy with service.

Nor will I be utilising their services again!

Excellent website interface – Great service, smooth checkout and really clear interface for the website. And great variety of products! Really cheap and good value!

Sent the wrong item – Ordered whipped cream dispenser and received a rolling pin???. I honestly have no idea how the two items even resemble the same shape or size or weight. I opened the box and unlike every other online order I have received there was no shipping invoice which would eliminate these kinds of problems. Would not recommend

Slow service – 8 days after ordering i called to check the delivery status only to find i still hadnt left their factory. Great price but slow service, would hesitate using them again.

Professional – Clarification needed in an order which was acted on swiftly and resolved ..good to know the error was on my part... Found staff to be polite and helpful. Would highly recommend using this company.

Items don't arrive – Items never arrive and they do not respond to email enquiries. Do not bother with this seller. Use paypal be covered.

Slow sevice – Made a purchase waited 13 days for it to be finally shipped. Calls not answered, emails are though & promise delivery. 2 weeks for shipment is a little excessive.

Great transaction – Did everything required. Items got to me (WA) 9 working days from order. Would use again if an opportunity arises.

and still has to be put to the test so I can not comment on the actual machine but I am looking forward to to updating how I feel about machine at a later date. Delivery of the Cuisinart Ice Cream Maker was a little on the slow side because the postal service to western Australia takes anything from 10 days to 2 weeks.

Still waiting – Ordered item on 8th Feb, still waiting for it. After one week I enquired to be advised, early this week (22nd Feb) have just received tracking advice to tell me ETA 29th Feb. So I would have to say 'slow'.

Never had any complaints – No complaints with service or price. Items are always dispatched in a timely fashion and received in good condition, all correspondence replied to in reasonable time. I have been using Finewhip for quite some time and will continue to.

Unprofessional And Slow – Hopeless. Took 8 days just to dispatch one item. Tried to call to find out what happened and all I got was attitude and sarcasm from the male office worker on the phone. No solution. I was supplied with a false email address to contact. He then hung up on me. Go figure.
