Great Functionality, Completely Unreliable – We have owned the integrated double dish drawer and love the integrated look and the functionality. However, we have spent entirely too much trying to keep it running. We have experienced leaks motor failures, soup dispenser failures and broken lid actuators. I would not recommend this unit and we will not replace our dishwasher with another Fisher Paykel.

Excellent – We purchased 2 of these units. Being fully integrated helps make a contemporary kitchen even more streamlined. However the main reason we purchased them was because in a busy household a dishwasher gets packed and unloaded at least once a day and I was SICK TO DEATH OF BENDING OVER! We have installed 2 integrated half drawers at waste height above other drawers. After over a year of use, I still drag newcomers in to our kitchen to sell them the benefits of this installation. You can have one cleaning while you are continuing to fill the other during the day. Flexible installation position. Expensive when you want 2 separate units installed that operate independently of one another - more expensive than a double drawer fisher & paykel. I don't find that they wash quite as well as my old standard dishwasher but the difference is degligible and they do use less water. You just have to be a little thoughtful about the way you pack the drawer.

Excellent – Sorry but once you've had a dishdrawer you can't go back to bending over and touching your toes 15 times a day, or having cupboards blocked by that huge door that takes up so much space. Our F&P Dishdrawer was wonderful. So quiet. Lots of features. Used less water. Nice clean. Ours DID dry - never had that problem. I'd never go back. We're building a new home soon, and I'll be getting another one (can't wait). Some people have reported that F&P can be unreliable. Ours never skipped a beat. Until someone else can come up with something that doesn't involve reaching to the floor to stack and unstack dishes, and hubby tripping over the door, I'm prepared to take the chance that I might get an unreliable one next time. If so, I'll chuck it out and get another one. Fingers crossed it will be a goodie. Design, design, design. It's also quiet. Uses less water. Integrated - looks just like a drawer. Easy. Friendly. Fully featured. Ours was reliable. Came with video. Hmmm... ummmm... oooo... errr... nope. Got nothing. Can't think of any.
