Terrible service beware – ⚠️BEWARE ⛔️ Very pathetic and totally unethical team, Every time called different team members and they makeup’s different reasons, refuse to refund or provide service, refuse to adjust amount for another flight, completely lied and mislead customers, holding full ticket fare for no valid reason, No transparency or being honest with customers, Without confirm airlines, date or require permits they asked customer to pay full fare to secure booking Just to warn others do not book with fortune world tour

Seems a bit strange – I made a booking for a flight on the website. all worked and I got a booking confirmation. A few hours later I received an e-mail " This is in regards to the booking made online. As the departure is within 45days, we would require authorisation for the payment made for the tickets. Kindly provide us with passport copy of both passengers along with the front and back of the card which has been used for making the payment. Once we receive this information, we will proceed with the ticket issuance. " I replied " there is no way I will send a detailed copy of my credit card, considering that e-mail is the least secure transmission protocol. What’s even more disturbing is that you even ask for those details to be send in such a manner. " Then I was asked to do a direct bank transfer. I declined. Something doesn't feel right.
