Products not good customer service non existent – I've tried 4 products. 3 of them didn't live up to their claims. The 4th one burned my skin. I went to return it and read that I need the packing slip which I don't have. constant emailing and ringing to get all the information I needed to return the item. It arrived there on 26 November. After 2 days I started emailing and leaving phone messages to ask about the progress of the refund as they told me it would be processed upon receipt of return. Today I called again, of course I had to leave a message. In my frustration I told them their customer service is terrible, this was the 4th contact I'd made in a week. I then asked them to have the common courtesy to respond to me. A few hours later the refund arrived. They didn't contact me but I've got the refund. I will no longer purchase from them due to their products being ineffective and in one case harmful, plus I find their customer service uncaring and disrespectful.

Didn't do what it claimed – This was one of the products I've purchased in a bundle it's the only one that wasn't sticky but it still hasn't done anything claimed. All the products I've used seem to leave a residue that you can feel and see. Show details

Waste of time and money – Very disappointing after reading reviews elsewhere that highly recommended it. I bought it over 4 weeks ago for my puffy eyes but not a single difference to date. It is a gel which has a lot of moisture, but that's about all it does. SUPER EXPENSIVE RUBBISH – I was gullible to believe the advertisement I found in Women's Weekly (Australia). Do not waste your money. This product does not work. Brilliant- a complete convert! – I am 52 years old with problematic puffiness and dark rings under my eyes. Cannot believe the change in a week. A new essential part of my regime. Nothing has been so successful. I don’t really have lines so don’t know if it works for this.

Terrible a complete waste of time and money – I am most disappointed with this product. It does not do what it said it would i.e. reduce puffiness. It was a complete waste of money. I would not recommend to anyone.

All hype no action – I was pretty excited to read (paid ads) about this magical eye product as the only one I've found that really does the job is hideously expensive and hard to get. But this didn't cheap, and it does NOTHING. I took a Selfy every day for a month: NO change. Going back to Elizabeth Arden at Chemist Warehouse - reasonably priced and far better than this snake oil.

Worked wonders for me – I love this product. It did take about 2 weeks to start showing results but then kept getting better. My family and friends have been complimenting me on how much younger I look

Lightened dark circles! – I've been using everyday twice daily for three weeks so far and I can definitely see a difference in the dark circles.. However it has done nothing to remove fine lines under eyes

Not worth the money – It is not as good as it promises. As long as you stop using it your wrinkles come back immediately. There are better things out there in the market.

FreezeFrame Revital Eyes – What a complete waste of money!!!!!!!!! This product does not do what it says it does with regards to dark circles and lines... It actually made mine worst. How can they be advertising a product stating it does improve the appearance of lines and dark circles. I will not be buying this product again.

Didn't work for me – Used this product twice a day, every day for over a month and it didn't make any difference whatsoever to the puffiness under my eyes. last me about nearly 2 months. Yes it would be nice if it was cheaper but you get what you pay for. As far as Im concerned if it works then its worth it . Simple to apply and reliable.
