I was doubtful at some reviews but took the plunge.Surprised and pleased that it was quick and recieved in 2-3 days from the states .I will try again so far so great thanks

deliveries. The problem arose from the fact that after I'd ordered the product, a message was sent explaining that frootbat does not deliver to Australia Post parcel collect boxes.. that in itself is very poor communication, where I suspect that the reason for doing it after the fact, was that frootbat were most likely afraid of losing a customer if I couldn't use Australia Post as my pick-up point, and somehow, some fool mixed up the revised delivery address by mixing the invalid Australia Post delivery address with my home address. I eventually received my product after weeks of waiting. I'm not a 1st time entry into the world of purchasing online, considering I've been going this before the inception of the internet, ordering high end spirits from all over the world.....to give an example 20 year old Pappy Van Winkle was AUD$200 a bottle, before those pretenders called celebrities starting endorsing it. I will give frootbat one more chance and most likely order the 15 year old Pappy Van Winkle, the best Pappy out of all of them, in my opinion......when I last ordered a15 year old Pappy, way before most of you were into fine spirits, it was about AUD$175.00

Shocking. Do not buy from here. I purchased 3 bottles, one came a week later and I had to chase them down for the other two, they come 6 weeks later and they didn’t care. Find elsewhere

The ordering process was relatively painless but i was not aware at the time i was ordering from the USA and this resulted in some confusion about the currency being quoted. However their responses were quick and helpful. The delivery was quite speedy given the bottle needed to get to Australia

I'd been looking for Catdaddy Moonshine and finally found it on frootbat, good price, ordered it on a Thursday, it was picked, packed and sent within 4 hrs and i received it next the next Thursday from the States, I live in North Queensland and can't get things this quick out of Brisbane which is in the same state, Good job Frootbat. Once this bottle is gone, i'm ordering another.

The first place I have been able to find the apple flavoured Alize that won’t charge an arm and a leg to get shipped to Australia. And it arrived just in time for my sisters birthday!

Ordered a bottle of Baileys Light from their online store. The order arrived, and when I looked at the bottle, it was already 4 years old from the expiry date. This is a straightforward issue. The bottle is still in their possession, yet they are unable to process a refund promptly.

If you’re considering ordering from this company, ask them first whether the item is actually in stock and when it will be dispatched. Otherwise, you may find yourself in the same position.

First of all I waited a month for my purchase, that never arrived, wasn't even fulfilled !! I then I asked for a refund back on the 30th March and they said sure it will take 5 days. It is now the 20th May and I am still waiting !!!! Fraudulent company DO NOT USE

Has anyone had taken a complaint about the Australian operation up the chain to the First Choice liquor chain who owns Frootbat in Australia to its owner COLES Ltd?

Go elsewhere – This company advertises prices 3 to 10 times the retail price for a bottle of liquor. Don’t use it, go anywhere else and save yourself a barrel of money.

Forgeries – Frootbat is not a company that actually has rare liquors. They run a network of nationwide partners that they link their inventory to the frootbat site, and work as a clearinghouse of sorts to get the product to the buyer. legitimate or not. I have now received 2 different bottles that are CLEARLY forgeries, and the response from frootbat has been garbage. Just a bunch of round and round put off. At first they sound empathetic, and that they will do anything they can to fix it. After a week they will say they will see what they can do about setting up a return. They will then offer a discount on a future purchase. Then they will come up with some story about how they can't do a return but offer a discounted price if you will keep the bottle. When you stand firm and say you don't want the product because you don't trust what is in the bottle, they just break off contact. No contact, no refund, no return. Scammers. Plenty of other rare liquor sites that actually have the product on hand and can verify authenticity (such as 'The Rare Whiskey Shop')

This company uses false advertising – I ordered two bottles of the Digits Bourbon. One Savage &Cooke and one Scottie Pippen limited edition which was at a higher cost. They sent me two of the cheaper Savage & Cooke bottles. Would not refund my money or send me the correct bourbon. Lesson learned. Don't use this site.

My go-to source for rare whiskey – I ordered a bottle of Red Line Toasted Barrel from frootbat, having tried it in the States I was keen to find it near me but haven't been able to find this bourbon anywhere else after months of trying. They sorted out the delivery – They went out of their way to help me on a delivery issue. My package was held up at the depot and they sorted it out with DHL without me having to do anything. have ordered a few time now and always as described.

BAD BAD COMPANY – The failed to deliver my bottle I am asking for a refund and they will not issue it, the lie lie lie about the item being in transit without a tracking number. STAY AWAY FROM FROOTBAT. the oversea fee others charge is worth every penny.

This company is disreputabl – This company is disreputable. they took my money and failed to ship my item. Then after i threatened them for a week, they held my money for 2 more weeks before refunding. I later found out that the item i purchased experienced a price increase, so they cancelled my order so that they could sell the item at a higher price.

Obviously dodgy – The prices for Scotch are ridiculous. They list a $50 bottle for hundreds. I was sent to the site after a google search for a product that they miraculously had in stock super cheap.... Glad i didn't order anything as my nonsense radar was going off!

excellent service – Had problems at the start but then a manager came in and put the order right, i was very happy with the outcome. This review supersedes my previous review on Frootbat.
