Best printer that I have ever had! Very good quality, quiet, and fast. It dramatically improved my productivity. Consumables are cheaper in the long run also. I have had many lower priced noisier multifunction printers in the past. Decided to try a different brand. Very happy! Show details

Fujifilm Apeos C325z - sadly unreliable Fujifilm poor service – Printer started having toner cartridge errors after I replaced the starter cartridge with original full ones (9 months in). Then yellow banding. Took it to the distributor who vacuumed out a pile of yellow toner from the guts of the machine (and feed trays). Bought a new yellow cartridge and waste cartridge. the same issues started up. Yellow toner everywhere, bad smell. Stuck with B/W for 9 months, but then it simply wouldn't work without another yellow cartridge. Hit the distributor again, who just vacuumed it out and sold me another cartridge. Contacted Fujifilm who simply said it was now out of warranty. Wouldn't stand behind their product though it was clearly not fit for purpose. With all the money I've blown I could have bought three cheaper laser printers. Update about 18 months later: so I decided to buy another one of the same printers so as to use the $900 worth of printer cartridges the dealer had persuaded me to try. Kept the old one in the roof space as spare parts. Worked well till this month - big grinding noise in the back of it and every page got stuck during printing. Luckily THIS time I bought extra warranty. Fujifilm guy came next business day and replaced the entire fuser unit, because a little C-shaped spacer that acts as a bearing had worn out/dropped out. Told me this happens a lot randomly with these machines. So who knows how much more life I'll get? Do I buy another set of really expensive toner cartridges? I suppose only if the fuser goes again before the warranty runs out. Overall - in theory a good machine, in practice bad.

Worst printer i have ever seen – Plagued with issues. Started off ok, print quality slowly deteriorating as the year went on. after first 2 months toner waste box was full, im like WTH? replaced with new one, worked again for another few months, wanted another toner waster box. quality had deteriorated to around 50% darkness as well, and colour was awful. rang up for warranty work, took 3 months to get it fixed as parts had to be ordered in. parts arrived, replaced, still didnt work, more parts had to be ordered, another couple weeks wait. eventually got it working 4 months after it stopped. worked for a few weeks and toners needed replacing, got new ones put them in, worked one week and said waste toner box full again, got new toner waste box, says toner box still full. rang up complaining again, out of warranty they say, didnt want to fix under warranty and said there would be a service charge. Bin job, this printer is an absolute lemon, dont get one.
