Terrible – The printer worked fine for 6 months and now suffers from constant paper jams. Local troubleshooting cannot fix problem. Using 80gm paper Fast print with very clear tone Paper jams real problem - cannot seem to troubleshoot and correct Toner fairly expensive

Great little printer that is reliable and fast – Have been using ours for about 4 yrs now so it's getting on a bit but still working perfectly. It went through a stage of paper jamming which was very frustrating. We finally changed the paper and it's been working fine since. What's even better is that we are able to get cheap toner from Inkstation - set of 3 for $120. Only problem with using a generic toner is that it seems to think it's empty sooner and will prompt to change the toner. We just reset it by unscrewing the left side of the printer and flick the new toner sensor switch back to fool it into thinking we put in a new toner. Flashing toner light now gone.

Really love this printer and dreading having to replace it one day and risk getting an unrelaible printer reliable, fast, longevity

Excellent – Ive had this unit for 6 months now and absolutely love it. I was using an inkjet before and getting sick of buying ink cartridges all the time. I couldn't believe the price and am really happy with the print quality. Its tiny and takes up hardly any desk space. Extremely easy to set up and the enclosed paper tray is excellent as the paper does not get dusty if unused for a little while. If your doing text printing this is a must Small and compact size, extremely cheap, good quality text printing, enclosed paper tray, quick warm up time, ease of setup, ease of use

Good – This is a great Printer! I Have one sitting on my desk rigth infront of me, i use it for printing labels and have so for almost a year and a half now. Never had a problem with it! Great for small office or home! The size of the printer is great for the small office or home. Its laser so its great for printing labels. very fast for its cost cheap and easy to run!!! Very easy setup! There is nothing about this printer which needs changing. In my opinion i would be great if the printer could hold more paper.
