Fuji Xerox DocuPrint C3290FS

Jack of all trades, master of none! – This printer is sold as multifunctional but, apart from fax / printing, it does everything else poorly. The navigation through the menu is inefficient and the menu itself offers very few options, especially the scanner. The main problem is the printing of DL envelopes: it creases the back end of envelopes and this gets worse if you need to print many. We had a Xerox technician at our office as an attempt to solve it, just to be told that this is the way the printer works and if we want a printer to do envelopes properly, we would need to "upgrade". This printer cost us AU$1200 - my multi-function HP which cost me only $150 does a much better job with the envelopes. Not really much Few menu options, damages envelopes
