My friend sold me this printer after using it for about a year. I have had it for many many years and it has not missed a beat. Colour laser - drivers are not available for Windows 11 but you can still get them for Windows 11 from https://www.driverscape.com/download/fx-docuprint-cp105-b simply the best laser printer I have ever owned! Great Printer – Bought this colour laser printer 8-9 years ago at Aldi for $99 and it has been going strong ever since. I use very reasonably priced no-name cartridges that seem to last ages and it makes great prints. The only difficulty I had was when I upgraded my computer to Windows 11 and I needed to download a new driver, but I eventually got it working. Very happy. Show details
Cheap and reliable - perfect for a small business or home – This printer has to be one of the best value around, replacement ink is also cheap around AUD 20-30 per cartridge. Show details
Can't even pick up the WIFI – The printer is meant to Airprint but can't pick up the Wifi. Called customer service. They told me the raison is that the network is not compatible with the printer. I got a brand new router and NBN intetnet. I do not recommend that printer. I bought it to airprint and now I have to connect my computer to a cable to print. Customer service not great either. 4 Years, still running strong! – This is an absolutely fantastic product. I bought it from office works. It has been 4 years, no problems so far. The print quality is great. Photo print quality is also decent. Even works fine with non genuine ink, which can be bought around 30 dollars a cartridge.Almost never jams. Good stuff! Highly recommended. Show details
Unit has difficulty picking up the paper or envelope from the paper tray – I have had the unit for less than 2 months. It seems like a simple task: print letters and envelopes. The problem is that the unit has trouble picking up the paper or envelope from the paper tray. Every time it does this, I have to press the button at the top of the unit to reset. I try printing again, but repeatedly jams. Only on occasion it does… Read more
the job. I have just sent an email to Xerox (I am in Hong Kong) to see if they can remedy the situation, but I'm completely fine sending the unit back and getting something else.
Wish I hadn't bought it – Its not so much the $100 to Aldis I resent, its the many hours of wasted time and frustration .. yet another computer cockup! It has refused to work with Windows .. took some time and trouble to get to work with iMac .. and now has ground to a stop for no apparent reason. When it did print, the print colour quality was excellent! However, its now heading for the bin - despite being only six months old and not even used the first cartridges!
Avoid - cheap but dont expect it to live too long – Very happy with purchase price, but original cartridges life was poor. Before the 2nd lot of cartridges were empty the page pick failed. You get what you pay for. Wont be going to Fuji again in a hurry. PS replacement cartridges worked out expensive as printer failed before empty.
xerox customer service – I bought a Xerox Laser Colour printer CP105b two months ago at ALDI. It was working fine up until two weeks ago when suddenly every sheet of paper was crumpled up by the printer. I called the Xerox Customer Service and was told I would receive another printer in 3-5 days. When I received nothing after 10 days I again phoned the customer service… Read more
and was told it would arrive the very next day, which it didn't. After at least four more phone calls and being told a different story each time, I asked to speak to the supervisor who did apologise for the 'stories' the staff had told me.
I did receive a printer the next day, but not only was it not new it had major flaws. Each printed page had black streaks on the side, every page had missing text, every third page jammed.
I again phoned the supervisor who confirmed that the printer was not new, but he would replace it with a different model, not a new model though.
I decided that I had no faith whatsoever in Xerox and declined the offer. I decided to take it back to ALDI who refunded the money for the printer immediately, bless them. Phone waiting time relatively short Customer service very poor
Perfect for the small office – I paid $79 at Office works when my HP Laser gave up the ghost. It was going to cost me at least a &120 to repair my HP. I have been printing with it for a fortnight and have had no problems. Runs very smoothly and quieter that my HP. Inexpensive, smooth and quiet
Fantastic value for money from Office Works – The Fuji Xerox Color Laser Printer CP105B from Office Works at $79.95 is a fantastic deal. The printer delivers really good quality prints and text, maybe a bit slow getting going but then again most laser printers are from "start up". I bought mine from Aldi at $99 and have complained about the price but I am sure they will match the Office Works… Read more · 1
price. Here's holding thumbs. A great little printer using the latest technology. Highly recommended. Small footprint and really good price plus new cartridges are not expensive. Price at Aldi, $20 too expensive.
Paper feed blues – this is the 3rd I've had .. no I'm not a sucker for punishment .. but I have had to assume that the problems are fixable - otherwise a good printer 1) beware the fact that the toner cartridges supplied with the new maqchine are 'pony' - there are a number of cartridge suppliers who can supply cartridges at a significant discount. 2) After… Read more
printing 250 pages with no apparent problem .. it no longer sees the paper stack in the feeder ... how do we correct that?? Would appreciate feedback..
3) Make sure that you tick A4 (if that's what you are using) - or the printer default is USLetter (shorter than A4) - otherwise you'll get inexplicable paper jams.. small and compact - good colour - also low energy 'stand-by' state paper feeder issues
Paper Jams – Constant paper jams on multiple page prints. Prints OK with just one sheet in paper feed. Have tried a variety of paper brands but jams happen irrespective of the brand/quality of paper. Also have tested dry, wet days to see if humidity affects performance, no difference. Very frustrating to use.. Clear print Paper Jams
Same problem! Grrrr... any solution?

Excellent Printer – I was in two minds about purchasing this printer having read "terrible" review. However I have learnt that all printers experience paper jams and can be corrected without difficulty. I have now had 6 months of excellent operation and would recommend it to anyone who wants an entry level colour printer Excellent color on the correct paper Rather slow starting Show 4 replies
Avoid this printer – This printer had one of the simplest set-ups I have ever had with a printer. However, and during its first use, it jammed after the 5th page. A corner of the jammed page tore off and becxame jammed in the machine and there is no avenue to retrieve the paper. Busted after 30 secs use. Easy set up. If a piece of paper gets jammed and goes behind the rollers, there is no retrieving it.
Happened to my cheap $30 OKI monotone printer too. I grabbed an old wire hanger and shaped it into… Read more
