Terrible service! – I wouldnt recommend this printer to anyone. Always has a problem and currently waiting for a part, just over two weeks. Printer cannot be used. Terrible service from Fuji Xerox

Has run faultlessly for about 3 years now – Well priced printer for home or smaller office, A4 printing is outstanding. Have only had to replace toners very infrequently so cost per print is very low compared to super compact models. Can't fault the device. Very dubious of 1 star reviews.

Terrible Service – We have this one in the office. Even not 1 year Bypass continuously caused paper jam. I called technician support department took 1.5 weeks send technician over, and then another 2 weeks passed, the parts still not here. Are Fuji Xerox people making parts? It takes long.... time. Very disappointed with their service. Don't get small machine from Fuji Xerox, as it subcontracted to outside people.
