Worst Copier and printer ever existed! – We have been advised on how to use that. We have printed, scanned and copy. We know that we have to log in. That’s not a problem. But the problem immediately started after the log in. The screen just turned blank (black) We have to wait for a few seconds for the screen to change to the options. Then we do release the print out we have sent. Then the screen went blank (black), then come out with a message saying that nothing to print. I waited. And waited. Nothing comes out. Machine logged out by itself. Waited. Then I went back to my desk, to repeat the printing request again. Back to the machine, logged in again. Release print out again. Screen turn blank (black). Screen back on with message, no print out to release. Went back to my desk, frustrated. Do other stuff. Did some scanning. Complete the scanning process, press the ‘Complete Scan’ button. Went back to my desk, expecting the scan was emailed to me. Nothing happened. Check junk mail, nothing was there. Repeat the whole scanning to myself again. While doing that, 3 copies of the printout came out (3 days later)!!! Scanned the same document that I scanned but was not sent to my email. During the process, the circle on the screen kept on moving. Went back to my desk, checking my email. It finally went through.

IMAGINE HOW MUCH TIME WASTED just doing this PRINTING AND SCANNING THINGS. UNBELIEVABLE!!!
