Very happy customer – I have been investing with funding for the past 5 years now, and it has been an excellent experience. I like the security of a first mortgage combined with a low LVR. The team are easy to contact by phone and are extremely helpful and polite. I thoroughly recommend them to anyone looking for a reasonable return at low risk.

Sound Investment – As an investor this is an easy, accessible option. Very user-friendly website. Only thing is you have to be lightning quick to invest as the offerings fill out pretty quickly. Had no issues over 4 years.

Can't have your data removed – I have only opened an account and never used it. So I requested that Funding delete my account, and purge my data. I have received zero correspondence, even though I emailed them, and also used their Zendesk feature. There is no info about how to have your data purged, and any such option on the website.

Not to be trusted – Introduced a client to them, they mucked her around for months with tens of thousands of fees being pocketed and then refused to grant the loan for spurious reasons relating to her husbands (settled) lawsuit. They are now refusing to write the loan or return the funds

Hoorays for FUNDING>COM! – For more than 4 years, FUNDING.COM has been my main self-managed vehicle for investing more than half my "retiree nest-egg". proven to do all of this with the simplest of secure access to all my relevant data. On the few occasions when I have wanted to get more detail, it has required only a simple phonecall to a LIVE VOICE, not an endless scroll of FAQ's! And the investment performance has been superb, generally rising with cost-of-living percentages. On a few occasions the finalising of a loan has required a "grace period" delay, but these have been only one or two months overdue to finalise, and the monthly interest payments have been extended accordingly.

So, FUNDING team, congratulations from a very satisfied self-funder, on a job well done - consistently!

Great returns, good flexible options – I have been using Funding as an investor for approximately two years. I like the fact I choose what properties to invest in, and the whole process is simple and straightforward. I definitely would recommend Funding as an alternative investment, with good solid returns.

Broker application – Application process was straight forward, easy for the cusomter. There was always updates on the process of the application and quick turn around time as client only had a week to get the loan approved and settle which it happened on time. Definitely the best – I’ve tested out a lot of the non-bank lenders and this is hands-down the best. Efficient. Honest. Transparent. Fair. Would highly recommend. A lot of dodgy lenders out there and it’s good to finally see someone doing it right.

Good alternative to the big boys – So far so good with these guys but I be interested to hear from investors and borrowers their experience compared to other such companies * seems they have low overheads allowing them to be very competitive
